I was reluctant to purchase my next NEW Toyota from GWD Queenstown, as they do not have a highly respected local name and the dealership service is known as being lack luster at the very least... but being a local since 2014.. I decided to give them one chance! Clark was exceptional and so far his follow up support has been timely and swift..... Here's hoping it lasts..... I MAY look at buying my new 2019 Toyota Hiace Van off them later in 2019... but time will tell. LOVE the new 2019 Rav4 Hybrid Limited of which the wait lost now I understand is well over 5 MONTHS.....

Great, Honest car mechanic

Recently I had a repair job gone wrong on my vehicle.  GWD Motor Group was recommended to me to help remedy the error, and I can not say enough about the service I received.  The staff goes above and beyond for costumer satisfaction, and takes extra time to educate their clients about any issues on the actual mechanics causing trouble within the vehicle to help their clients make an informed decision.  Six out of five stars!

Very friendly patient and helpful staff. They really take the time to understand and explain things to you. Amazingly quick service wether it was customer service, for replacement and changing of parts!

The most outstanding service,  I just brought a jeep from GWD Queenstown,  and I am extremely satisfied with the service and professionalism,  I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a car, well done.

Please change your opening hours - you are not open Saturday 8-5pm as we have just found out....drove from out of town to sort a car purchase - but you were closed....I am sure once you open and we sort car out your service will be good :

The sales and service team has improved over the last 4 years... This dealership needed to sharpen up...And they have!
