Macaulay Motors is a great place to take your vehicle for repairs and services. They ladies at the desk are lovely to deal with. They give accurate predictions on how long labor will take and when you will most probably be able to collect your vehicle. If your vehicle will take longer, they let you know ASAP. Thanks Macaulays!
I have a leased company car and have dealt with Macauley Motors right from the pickup stage. I have to say that I have been very impressed with the service since then. Any problems like an alert or tyres or just a service booking and it's been handled so well. Anyone dealing with the front desk customer service person will be impressed by their interactions. Fresh hot coffee, customer lounge with free WiFi and the knowledge your car is in the very best of hands - why would you go anywhere else? Well done guys x
A nice new building and amazing work shop for this long term local FORD dealership. In house showroom and client contact can definitely improve, but I can see they are woking on that. Not quite TOYOTA service but pretty damn close....

First and last time I'll take my truck to Macaulay Motors Queenstown. Went in for a "scheduled service" and a WOF. Since this was the first service of my truck in my ownership, i asked for a full fluid check diffs, trans, brake etc. Total bill was $580. This apparently only included a check of fluids, and only oil and filter change. I was also informed that my suspension lift was illegal as it had top caps. This is incorrect and when asked for them to show me got every excuse under the sun. I decided that out of my best interest i would go and get another service and WOF from a different mechanic the same week. This mechanic confirmed that both trans and diff fluid were murky water and that fuel filter was well overdue for a change. My truck also was found to have no top caps and suspension was 100% legal in turn passing on a clean sheet WOF. So basically, I'd payed $580 for a oil and filter change, no fluid check as I'd asked and which the second mechanic had found and failed a WOF on something that was completely legal. When trying to get hold of manager Simon, there was no reply or I'd be told I'd be called back. To this day still nothing. Overall 0/10 would not take any vehicle to them in future nor would i recommend to anyone because of either/both incompetence mechanically/not knowing WOF regulations, negligence or down right not caring about their services.
Great service, the service manager and the team are very helpful and would always recommennd the best.
The service here is excellent. I went in with a couple of simple problems and the staff looked after me very well. A+
