It was really mistake to take your car here. Repair was for 2 stars and their communication and attitude to customers is just disaster. Most awkward thing is, that our car ended unlocked with dead battery on parking where you can park only for short time or you get fine.

I was recommended to go here for an oil change as I was hoping being a local in Queenstown that I was not going to get ripped off. I was charged 210.00 for a oil change, break inspection and to turn my timing belt light off - this didn't include a filter. Which they estimated would take 2 hours and I ended up waiting for an additional hour. 3 hours total and I waited two weeks for the appointment. Will not recommend this business to other locals.

Great reliable service, they tried really hard to fit me in as soon as possible, especially when they are really busy. They were spot on with letting me know how long it would take to check and fix my vehicle. Would highly recommend.

Easily the best mechanic I've ever gone to. Simon is super knowledgeable, works quickly, explained what was wrong with my car, and gave me an honest appraisal of the best way to go forward. Can't recommend highly enough!
