Target is great for adult and kids clothing and kids presents. But good lord the range of kids stuff, clothes, toys, games, books, party stuff, shoes, accessories particularly for princesses and on and on and on. Target now stock products from FAO Schwartz the revered American toy company and I couldn't resist picking up a tiny teddy. Went in for coat-hangers and came out with new gym gear leggings and t-shirts, wrapping paper, jam gift sets and yes coat hangers. They also stock retro branded t-shirts, socks and pyjamas think Coke t-shirts, Splice pyjamas and Pringles socks! Self-serve checkout easy to use. 12.11 I really love this time of the year at all the department stores! Brought kids Xmas pyjama sets, Batman action figure, F.A.O Schwartz purse set and for reasons unknown a yoyo with instruction booklet for all those yoyo tricks! Target really has everything! 16.2.23 great Easter gifts and themed clothing.
Target southland is a lovely store. Ellen was super helpful today. It was crazy busy, and she took her time helping me. She was well spoken and very nice, so good on her. Also found the girl at the main register was delightful and could tell she actually wanted to help. Didn't catch her name, but she had glasses and blonde hair.nWill be continuing shopping here in the future!
I would love to say a big thank you to your staff members Ellen and Gee? Sorry if the name is wrong! at the customer service desk who helped me with one of your rude colleagues Mitch who spoke to me in the toy aisle. Mitch thought it was appropriate to address a customer in a condescending “gotcha” tone and continuing with the passive aggressive berating by comparing me to a child. Invisible disabilities aside, this isn’t a professional way to address anyone at all, let alone a customer. Ellen and Gee were accomodating and attentive and turned the visit into an ultimately neutral experience, but needless to say we decided to finish Christmas shopping elsewhere instead. I hope Mitch gets the proper re-training necessary for the Christmas period.
Disappointing experience today. Two employees more interested in chatting with each other at self service than helping customers. Gave me rushed incomplete instructions on how to use my refund card presumably so they could keep chatting. Now my card is locked so need to waste time calling customer service. Not happy!
Target Southland has to be one of the better Target outlets. It's quite large really and well laid out with plenty of isle space and a big range and overall a good selection of product for young and old including babies and toddlers. This Target has just about everything you need and at great prices and very often it has great sales. The Clearance racks are always worth a look. We have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
