Target at Southland is a great place to shop. I've always found the staff to be polite and helpful. I've been surprised by the quality of the clothing on offer. There are t-shirts made of Australian cotton that feel a good weight, texture & size & shape
Well - rude staff and ridiculous rules about 6 items per 1 fitting room attendance. I was on my own so no one can go to exchange sizes for me if some didn’t fit. Politely ask their staff and was told in a quite forceful manner that yes - need to dress/undress myself several times and leave fitting room to have no more than 6 items with me at once.. Well - if it’s how they accomodate customers then I’m no longer part of their customers. I say - be polite and accomodate your customers and their situation and your sales will be great needless to say that I left everything and walked away without any purchase
Bought a little hand held stick vacuum cleaner a few months ago, bit's fell off & was unable to click back in after emptying it out.nTook it back & received a bit of a difficult service & unable to get a refund or exchange.nRang customer service a month ago & they said they'd get back to me.. I'm still waiting to hear back but won't Shop back There now & was a regular customer. Poor service target
Unprofessional, unhelpful, rude staff.nEspecially the staff member at the customer service refund/exchange service desk was completely blunt and rude with zero customer service experience....nnthe fact they hire substandards like herself serving customers is mind boggling...nnFloor Management are just as unprofessional and straight out useless.nnWorst experience and disrespect I have ever seen in the retail industry....nnTargets exchange policy with a product that has not been used, taken out of its packet, unopened, untouched, unsoiled along with a receipt and denied exchanged needs to be heavily reviewed.....nnwhile after that unprofessional and horrible experience I went to Bonds, Big W and K mart and inquired about their exchange policy with the same scenario and they all responded back with no problem of refund or EXCHANGE.nnTarget get your act together and start hiring real workers with real customer service expertise and communication expertise and not the current bunch of substandards you have there.nnThe 1 star is a pitty star.
Target is great for adult and kids clothing and kids presents. But good lord the range of kids stuff, clothes, toys, games, books, party stuff, shoes, accessories particularly for princesses and on and on and on. Target now stock products from FAO Schwartz the revered American toy company and I couldn't resist picking up a tiny teddy. Went in for coat-hangers and came out with new gym gear leggings and t-shirts, wrapping paper, jam gift sets and yes coat hangers. They also stock retro branded t-shirts, socks and pyjamas think Coke t-shirts, Splice pyjamas and Pringles socks! Self-serve checkout easy to use. 12.11 I really love this time of the year at all the department stores! Brought kids Xmas pyjama sets, Batman action figure, F.A.O Schwartz purse set and for reasons unknown a yoyo with instruction booklet for all those yoyo tricks! Target really has everything! 16.2.23 great Easter gifts and themed clothing.
