Visited Kmart Southland to buy a track pant for my kid, but they didn’t have it in stock. A quick Google search showed it was available at Kmart Chadstone. Since I wasn’t originally heading that way but toward Cranbourne, I approached the customer service desk to ask if they could confirm the item’s availability at Chadstone before I made the detour. However, the customer service officer simply told me to call them myself.
I rarely go to Kmart - mistake!!! Oh my goodness they have nearly everything. Great for fast fashion, budget cosmetics, accessories, menswear, kids clothes etc etc and anything you could possibly want for a kids party. Kmart have very obviously worked out who their market is and cater accordingly. Though the books section is pretty bad, actually more of an afterthought but bibliophiles are not who Kmart is targeting. 7.4 yes think K Mart is still best for kids party supplies. However what I really dislike is the checkouts in the middle of the store. I guess there must have been a business case for this but if it was so great why haven't their competitors adopted it?
Click and collect orders take too long and frequently get cancelled for no stock at Southland. Whereas theChadstone and Clayton stores are on top of it. So quickly the order is ready and even got a reminder sms next day. Unfortunately parking is so hard at Chaddy, and Clayton is double the distance for me. They even get stock from other stores for you, and still quicker than Southland.
One of the bigger Kmarts, has a huge range of products.nnGreat for clothes and toys for the kids, good enough quality that they last til kids grow out of them.nnSome really good bargains can be had especially with clearance items of which there seems to be alot at this particular Kmart Got adult sneakers for $2 a pair and toddler shoes for 50 cents. Womens tops from $1 to $10 also on clearance.
I am a very old client at this store and the first time I needed their help I encountered a very poor service bordering with contempt and insult ... When I asked to contact Mr. Stephen the sales manager, they chuckled at me ... Kmart Is this really your level for loyal customers? I am really ashamed to be your loyal costumer for more than ten years. I left the product in the store if your goal is to rip me off please do not I will give it as charity.
