We ordered photos to be printed for our 2026 vision boards. The girl who served us watched us stand there at the counter waiting for over an hour holding our photo frames. Turns out they had been printed ages ago and she just put them away and continued to watch us wait for them without saying a word. We eventually decided to go ask about it and a different girl found them just put back. I always think I don’t give the best customer service at my job, but I would NEVER watch two girls I had served stand waiting for something I knew was done a hour ago. Woman on woman crime fr. Bad juju for 2026.
Lady at the front door today was really rude. Happily showed her my receipt when exiting for the items I purchased, instead of simply scanning it she goes through it item by item, making me stand there while giving me judgemental looks and fossicking through my bag, whilst letting other people walk out.
Fine store has a good variety of items but I only tend to go in when hunting for Lego. The Lego section is normally a mess and is now days unfortunately poorly stocked. However can find some good sets lying around but need to time your visits right. As for the rest of the store it’s a typically Kmart it’s messy disorganised and somehow always full of people. I mean what did you expect it’s Kmart.

We bought a golf dart board, the box was clearly taped up with tears around the box, the actual board, was dirty, there was balls missing, the golf club wasn’t in the box gone, the mat for the balls to stay on was all bent and creased and finally there wasn’t the hooks they said they would provide. We would want a new one straight away as it was a fathers day present, please contact us straight away. Do better.
