There is 3-hour free parking inside the shopping center.nIt's a holiday shopping haven with something for everyone!
After years away, my return to this store was a delightful revelation, particularly the womenswear section. Despite the shoe department being short-staffed, the two employees we encountered were exceptional—truly first-rate. They were incredibly accommodating and amiable, even amidst challenging conditions. The cleanliness of both the bathrooms and the store itself was noteworthy. It was a refreshing departure from the impersonal nature of online shopping and the bustling crowds found elsewhere. In summary, my experience was overwhelmingly pleasant and positive.
Rachele from the TS department went above and beyond for customer service I'm not from the area I'm actually 1 hour away and even during peak period of their super weekend sale it's hard to come by service they truly care about you and the product. You have an asset in rachele: the stock is amazing here too better than my local. Will be a frequent flyer here :
I’m writing to compliment a lovely staff member from the Lingerie Department: Linda, who spent a long time with me, helping me find the right style and size of bras after I returned from wearing maternity crops and couldn’t find my new size. I was almost in tears from how patient and supportive Linda was, coming in and out of the fitting area and shop floor with different styles and sizes for me. I could never have done it without her. Exceptional customer service like this should be recognised and encouraged in retail. Thank you, Linda.
I have been going to Myer Southland for more than 10 years and is always a pleasure to be there for shopping, reason being the friendly customer service along with help you get there which makes you shop there.nI live a bit far from this Westfield but always have preferred to go there due to the experience I've gotten.nI've bought perfumes before and was offered help as always to choose the best and was told about the options/prices/trends/experiences and all with a smile. Even if a section has someone busy or on a break, there is always someone else who will step in and help.nI went recently confused in regards with buying a coffee machine and I was offered help by the lady from Nespresso answering all my questions and it did not even take me a minute to say yes I will take it have been thinking about this for a long time.nEvery staff member is courteous and knows how to provide exceptional customer service with a smile which makes shopping experience the best.nThe store is well organised and easy to find things, but you don't need to look as much as you will be offered help with a smile.nAmazing experience as always and will be coming back again.
