Very disappointed with my experience at Target. I purchased a pair of kids' boots, but they were the wrong size. When I went to return them, I was refused a refund because my original bank card had expired and I'd been issued a new one with a different card number.nnEven though I showed my bank statement proving the purchase, they still refused to process the refund. I did everything I could to provide proof of purchase, yet I'm now out $90. Based on this experience, I won't be shopping at Target again and wouldn't recommend others do either.
Make sure you check clothes sizes on clothes and don't go by the coat hanger. All clothes i brought are wrong sizing as I grabbed by looking at the coat hanger!
Ignored by greeting staff on the way in. They finished their conversation before addressing my question, wouldn’t have cared so much about that if even ONE staff helped loading a Portacot. The customer service lady didn’t even wait to see if I could fit it into the bottom of the pram before walking away. Walked past at least 4 staff almost dropping it,nnI worked at big w. No way our manager would have let this happen. Pathetic
Perfect. Had everything I need all the fnaf stuff
Purchased a few items on Sunday afternoon around 4:30pm, was greeted upon entering which is always lovely, team member was energetic and appeared to like her job, unlike most team members standing at the entrance at other businesses, this lady was the face of your business and welcomed everyone who entered with the same enthusiasm as I received.nI then walked to the kitchen section where a lovely young man asked how I was and if I needed any help . I’ve never put Target up there when thinking about good customer service, it’s standard, not bad but not great enough to brag. But this service was excellent, something I didn’t expect to receive in Target. I didn’t need help but I did compliment your team member and stated what great service I’ve received. I hope I made his day like he did mine. Great work Target, I hope the managers review who was working that afternoon and acknowledge what a great team they have. A little extra goes along way. Thanks guys
