I bought a new Apple iMac from this store. If you want someone knowledgeable about electronics, ask the young staff member, as they can help you understand what type of computer you need. Fortunately, I was assisted by a friendly and well-informed young man. I love my new computer and hope it lasts longer than my previous one. The customer service here is excellent.
We had a big project with lots of renovations requiring replacement of multiple appliances. To add to this, the renovations were 2 hours away in Phillip Island.nMichelle from Harvey Norman was extremely helpful and made the experience easy and stress free. We had all appliances picked, ordered and delivered with no issues at all. Thanks Michelle for your friendly advice and help getting this big project sorted so easily. Very appreciative
We ordered all our kitchen and laundry appliances through Tom and Tyler at HN Chirnside Park. Absolutely great service from both of them, went above and beyond in ensuring we purchased the right appliances to fit our space and Tyler went out if his way to source the sink and tap we needed urgently for install.nWe also had a warranty issue with our oven that we were assisted with so quickly I honestly couldn't believe how easy it was.nWill definitely be back to purchase further appliances we need for the house.
Harvey Norman furniture is the best around.nAll the team members are very attentive without seeming to be a typical pushy sales person, they are kind and the customer service is outstanding.nThey will give you great prices and recommend the best products.nCould not recommend a better store.
On Friday 28th March 2025 It was extremely nice of Andrew to do the Madrid 3-Piece Outdoor Dining Setting for $820 and to ask Jason from the warehouse to drop it off to me on his way home as a favour since Marisa told Leanne she wasn't allowed to take it in her car. Also it was extremely nice of the girl who worked there to drop me home on her break when she didn't have to.
