Had the great experience of meeting Michael to purchase a new mobile. Now in pensioner mode Michael was able to help select the right mobile for me at the lower price range. I went to the store late last night as my charging cable would no longer fit into my phone properly. Already thinking I’d be without my phone for a few days I begrudgingly handed it over to Lucas who was more than happy to assist. He had a look at my phone and identified an obstruction in the charging port. After a few minutes, we worked some magic and cleared the obstruction and I was then able to plug the charging cable back in to my phone. I was really impressed with his knowledge and skill and I’m very grateful that he was able to fix my phone on the spot. Thank you to Lucas and all rest of the wonderful staff at Harvey Norman Chirnside Park.
Went into Harvey Normans today to purchase a washing machine, was greeted straight away by a lovely bloke named Andrew, He was patient, very helpful and kind, he acted more as a mate than a salesperson, helped us with every single question we asked, when he wasn’t sure on something he said he was unsure and went to find out, gave us our personal space to decide when needed. Highly recommend Andrew for all Washing machine needs at Harvey Norman Chirnside Park!! A++, We will be back!!
Just a big shout out to Nicola who went above and beyond helping out with a problem with an electrical item under warranty, She dealt with the manufacturer and kept us regularly updated. Problems happened that were out of her control but she persisted on our behalf. Thanks I would highly recommend dealing with Nicola for great service

Harvey Norman Chirnside park is filled with Karens. They are unaware of their own policies. I wish i could give them no star at all. Lady Abbi was completely unaware of the basic norms. The store was completely empty and now I think i know why. Learn to be respectful towards your customers.
Amazing customer support and knowledge from Arun at Chirnside Park branch helping my partner buy her first gaming laptop. He was lovely, knowledgable and extremely helpful with our very specific requirements. Extremely happy with service, and we will be back.
Seek out Jan, sensational service and not pushy. Very helpful and knowledgeable, mentioned things we hadn't even thought about when we were shopping for our outside table and chairs.
Picked up a deep freezer. On getting it home and unboxing it I found that the freezer had been dropped at some stage leaving one corner all mashed in. To be fair I haven't contacted them to let them know but I wondered how they sold it to me in the first place. It had to have been dropped badly to cause the damage that was there.
Abby is unaware of the basic Harvey Norman policies, which state that you can return an item to any Harvey Norman location nearby. There was another another sales woman who was very rude and didn't take a customer-centric approach . Never coming to the store again.
