I have always had great customer service at this Target.

Target is my point of call when a game first launches as they are generally $20-$30 cheaper than EB Games and JB HiFi

Very bad service with staff who have no training in customer service. Will not return. Shame on Target for not providing support to the staff.

Shopping for a hard to get item, I called to have the item transferred to Hervey Bay store from Dubbo Target. I was met with patience and understanding on both sides, as well as excellent service and explanation. This was from the home wares department. Both Dubbo and Hervey Bay store communicated very well to achieve the outcome I wanted. Well Done, I am very happy to be receiving my item soon!
