A very positive experience largely thanks to Jill in fabrics. I am certain I was not an easy customer as I have no experience in what I was doing but Jill went above and beyond to assist me and never once made me feel like a bother. I have mostly had good experiences with all staff I have dealt with but today’s encounter with Jill was well worth doing a review for! Thank you

Maddie was so helpful and polite, she helped us with finding the exact product we were after and even arranged to ship the product to us, as none of our local stores had it in stock. Her customer service was incredible.

The staff here are so friendly and helpful. Even when I accidentally purchased the wrong sized blinds all I needed to do was make a phone call and they held the correct ones for us to exchange tomorrow morning. My partner says they need an extra star to make it a six star rating!

Needing to get a replacement curtain,  young man was very helpful.  Large range of supplies  for lots of crafts.nnToday, needing plastic machine bobbins, several choices, I chose these.
