A very big thank you to Ayden at Spotlight Hervey Bay for his five-star customer care. After purchasing two long, heavy blinds, he was proactive in ensuring they did not tip the trolley and even insisted on pushing them down the escalator to my car. A refreshing example of genuine customer service from such a courteous young man.
Helen in the party section was incredibly helpful and efficient. She did a bunch of balloons for me that werent preordered and they were perfect.
I often shop here. Bought 2 Prima fat quarters for a project. After washing, I was ironing and saw a patch of faded material the length of the material. If I wasn't so rushed I would have returned it. This I hope is a refund or swap situation. Disappointed.
Spotlight is in my aging years becoming one of my favourite stops. Its range of products are huge and not just for sewing / crafting. Kitchenware as far as the eye can see. Looking forward to spending lots more time and money in there.
