Well if patience is a virtue these guys have it. I tried on just about every type of sunglasses in that store to a point I was getting worried they were thinking I was just wasting their time. Paid off, I eventually found a pair and am really happy. Staff have great product knowledge, they listen and are patient. Thank you to Sammie and her team, great job

Excellent staff and after sales service. Thank you for exchanging the sunglasses which didn’t really fit properly, and at the same price. Very happy with the Serengeti’s. I will be returning to buy a good hat and would recommend everybody who needs a good pair of sunglasses to visit this store.
Worst experience shopping in this particular store. After spending several hundred dollars the store manager didn’t have a problem throwing the young assistant under the bus over an expensive pair of ill fitting glasses.
I wont ever set foot in a Bright Eyes store again…It’s fine while your spending money but if you have a problem…good luck! I was ridiculed, laughed at, they had me in tears, they didn’t care i couldn’t use the sunglasses because of cataracts, instead they called security….bad company to deal with and blame customers for bad products
