The customer service here is great. There’s always good stuff to find, whether it be either merchandise like Lego, or Pop Vinyls, and/or video games new and old.

Everytime I’ve gone into this store there has been issues with products on the shelf don’t have the items they are advertising in stock, items in my click and collect orders or just being accused of stealing when trying to do trade ins. The worst customer service of any Eb games store I’ve been too. 0/10 don’t recommend.

Service is horrendous, stock is never actually in stock despite the displays and staff just seem generally abrasive and disinterested. Will be taking my business to the Maryborough store where the stock is on hand and the service is friendly.

The staff on the telephone and in store were fantastic! Hayley and Ben Robinson and Matt did an excellent search and find for a game that there was a limited number of and they were all in communication with each other! That made it very special for me as it was a birthday gift for a special young person and who had only wanted that one game! Extra information was suggested for future orders and I also found something for myself!

been shopping here for years, customer service is great. The staff know alot about video games and they are great at pointing you towards what you are after. although sometimes the prices are iffy, they always have great sales. love shopping here

Horrible Service very unprofessional whoever the guy is I honestly want to know if I can sell/trade games and even before I said a other word he put my games in the small bag handed over my ID n games said bye. If you seeing this just be careful how you treat people would ya, this why I rather JB hi-fi than EB Games and why mentioning JB hi-fi now I'm going there every day now they nice and patience with the customer and understands Respect

Staff is always friendly, sometimes dont know all the games which is understanding. Stock is quite low, and usually requires me to look online, but overall not a bad place to look for some gaming merch

I like the shop I rate it #1 becuase it has so meny good sales and also alot some of the best "games" ever created. They have game based teddys, plushes, merch and toys!!! And the staff are so kind and so sweet and make me happy with my day!

Good products but horrible staff. Just had one of the student encounters. Went in on an items release date to be told it's not there and " if we haven't called you don't come in", I simply said that's a shame I came in from out of town for the release date, to which I got "not our problem next time wait for a call", noted next time pay delivery online.

Got remote fixed for ps4, then another part doesn't work and still have to pay to get fixed again. They don't care about customer's to me what a rip off and waste of money, remote in bin and have to buy new one as they can't do a job properly. All about money to them.
