The store is busy, tight and has stuff everywhere! Checkouts are right up the back which I did not find convenient at all and then you have to juggle or put your purchase on the floor to dig out your receipt to show the staff at the other end of the store as you exit! Ridiculous is a good way to describe it. Female salespeople are abrupt, lack knowledge and seem uninterested in helping me make a purchase and they lost my 1500 sale because of it. Will only shop there again if I cant find it elsewhere. They were a little pricy compared to others also.

I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service we received when purchasing our Daughters school laptop recently. We were served as soon as we walked through the door by the sales manager who made us feel at ease, after looking at two competitors (sales staff at these other stores were very pushy and products overpriced) so it was nice a to go to JB and have a relaxed shopping experience and not feel like we were being pushed into purchasing a product that we weren't entirely happy with. He gave us a great deal too, we purchased a laptop, anti-virus and protective case for LESS than what it was going to cost us at the competitor! Well done JB we are so glad we decided to make this purchase from you 👌

If you wan't to listen to someone with a monotonous voice gibbering on then this is the place to waste your time waiting for someone to answer had to give one star, thats compulsory

You’ve just lost a good customer and $1000’s in sales due to pathetic and poor customer service. We purchase computers, tv, gaming consoles, games, dvds, phones etc from your store on Boat Harbour Drive and no longer your Stocklands store after the disgusting service and 2 returned Beats headphones. The first one sold not for intended purpose being not noise cancelling as asked for and the second pair faulty upon opening package. A refund has been given as there was no available replacement and a lack of a reasonably comparative priced pair were not offered. Disgusted by the Sales Manager - asked to speak to Store Manager and was told it was the same guy. Not my understanding from previous sales. My advice shop elsewhere these guys have hiked their prices obviously due to increased costs/rent at Stocklands and are not looking after their loyal customers. See ya JB ✋
