Today we were assisted by a lovely lady in the small appliance area and unfortunately I didn’t get her name but she was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. Mostly when visiting this store it seems to be the way it is, always professionally served by staff that are willing to spend the time with you without pressuring you into an immediate sale. Today was a simple item to some but if you’ve travelled overseas and looking for a travel adapter it can be quite daunting. Our assistant today was outstanding in customer service and her knowledge in numerous products that we quizzed her on. Thank you for your efforts today, it is much appreciated.
No customer serves at all !nWent in there to look at a smart watch as a present.nI had a fair idea of what I wanted. As I was searching through the stock on display, there were FIVE staff members around the other side of the display, chatting and laughing loudly between them selves .nNot one approach me, to give me any assistance.nAfter about ten mins, I ended up walking out, and not one said anything to me.nI have been in retail most of my life, and I have always found that J.B Hi Fi particularly this store, your service REALY sucks !nNever judge a book by its cover because you never know what sale you miss out on !
Great store very helpful staff and I speak from experience in needing help with faulty equipment or equipment that doesn't live up to expectations and each time i needed JB they had my back. I always say you know who you're friends are when the @#$! hits the fan. The guys at JB are definitely my friends.
If you are looking for electronics of all sorts JB hifi is always a good starting place. The staff here are really friendly and super helpful when finding products. Most things are pretty affordable and priced competitively. Next time you are looking for an electronics shop come down here. The place is also really clean. Just have to walk through the shops a bit to get to the entrance.
What a fabulous shopping experience! Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff in this store. It is the most consistent and genuine service I've ever encountered! Thank you!
