Only reason they get a one star review from me is because I can't give them no stars. Can't honour a price they have online even though it doesn't say anything about an online price only. False advertisement. 0/10 would not recommend this company to anyone.
The male staff member doesn't seem to enjoy his job. He was very impatient with me, huffing and eyerolling when I asked if he stocked an item which I couldn't find. He slapped it onto the counter, and told me the price was on the back when I enquired.
We brought two sets of knife spent $500 Only 2 days ago. Then needed to take a set back got told no.. do not do returns. Give you a store voucher. Not happy. The manger we so rude to my mother about this. Not happy at all.
Bought a new saucepan set and got $999 knives for free. Best bargains ever and don't forget to add an account so you free coupons to use on your next purchase. Awesome deals to be had!
Don’t shop here!!! Faulty travel mug. Contacted parent company Global Retail Brands to be fobbed off back to the useless store. Store refused to swap a faulty travel mug with another in stock because it was a different colour! Formal complaint made and no resolution or replacement has been made. Ignore all the fancy advertising about sales prices. Shop smarter and buy online from other suppliers for less $$.
Returned goods still in original packaging as it was a duplicate gift. I was told I could only get a store credit. This information is not displayed anywhere instore as I would not have purchased if known. Store manager was very rude and abrupt probably due to many similar dealings Will not purchase from them again. Strangely there online policy is a full refund?
This shop is my favorite. Don't need stuff, have to go in and buy. Lovely staff.
Poor customer service, older male rolling his eyes while my husband asked if a product was in stock apparently online only item then refused to accept cash as payment!
Lots of great stuff at good prices. What more could you ask for.
