Shopping at Kmart Hervey Bay has been the WORST experience throughout my whole life. I have never been treated so poorly. 3 female workers were deliberately staring at my friend and I, and the moment we paid and left, we heard them talking about us behind our backs. Absolutely disgusting and rude behaviour. I have never felt so utterly unwanted, uncomfortable, and unpleasant due to that. I’ve lived in Hervey Bay for over 10 years and have never felt so mistreated by Kmart workers. Their manager better find some better staff who actually have manners and are polite. I am just so appalled that I am wasting the time in my day to write this review. This is just ridiculous!
Definetly worst Kmart I have ever shopped in,customer service is appalling floor staff know nothing about the store only yesterday I was told they didn’t sell what I was looking for so I went onto there website found they sold them & had them in stock ,I wandered around and found it myself,this has happened quite a few times and there are never any trolleys so I have got into the habit of grabbing one on the way in from car park,,,,definitely shop more in BigW now
I have tried to ring all afternoon yesterday and all day today so far and can get none to answer the phone. I have pressed 4, 5 and 6 many time and held till the end.nNot good enough
Please can you provide trolleys for your shoppers? 3 times now I have arrived around 10am and there were no trolleys. Everyone knows that you simply cannot enter Kmart without a trolley.
Very good shopping experience in Kmart. Shop is well stocked. Located in the gigantic Stockland shopping centre. Very good parking mostly under shadesails.
