Please can you provide trolleys for your shoppers? 3 times now I have arrived around 10am and there were no trolleys. Everyone knows that you simply cannot enter Kmart without a trolley.
It seems the Kmart in Hervey Bay like to discriminate against their disabled workers. Is firing a young man because he's disabled protocol for the managers at that store? I have all the information I need to make a complaint to the ombudsman and the human rights commission.
4 hand sanitiser stations and sanitiser wipes at entrance, they are always empty, thanks Kmart for spreading covid and the worst flu we've had!! Staff are useless when asked about it, they're lazy and disinterested. Hire new help, might improve your bad reviews.
Apparently new management think we don’t need to be served until after 9.30 , despite opening at 8 am and one staff member being run of her feet at the self serve . So how many casual staff lost hours from their shift . I’m going to big W where the check out staff respond to check outs as required from opening .
Store was neat & clean with a good range of well presented & displayed products. Prices fair.. Easy access... Friendly staff
