Nice food. It would be good to have signage to say that anything you want needs to be order via QR code. We waited ages until we figured it out.
Tasty and fresh sushi. Love their tempura salmon roll, their eel nigiri is nice and fatty which is better than all the other sushi places I have been to so far. Though I think they need to improve the ordering system... You can't see what you have ordered and how much your bill is..
Delicious meals, nice flavours. My family loves the options available and I never thought I would hear my husband saying “Let’s have sushi today”. A little bit pricey and slow delivery to your table when ordering through the table app, but it’s worthy all the way. They are always busy and full.
I used to really love eating here, but after our last dining experience, I don't think I will return. When this restaurant opened, the food and service was fantastic. As a sushi train member I was delighted when one opened here in Burpengary. But sadly over the past few months everything seems to have gone downhill. The staff seem disinterested, you have to fight to get their attention and everything seems to take forever. The food quality has sadly declined too. Everything used to be fresh and pop, now the food seems to be rushed and thrown together. A lot of the food had been out of stock since well before christmas and sadly still is. I mean what is a sushi restaurant without fresh sushi?
Prompt friendly service with a good selection of yummy sushi. The ramen was a bit ordinary and a very small serve, though the pork in it was tender and delicious. The robot that went around for the collection of plates added some interest for the kids.
Food Great Something does need to be addressed with serving drink orders. We waited till nearly we left a i asked 3 times where our drinks were. Wont be ordering drinks next time Sushi train. P.s every business is short staffed- learn to prioritise.
Arrived 2:30pm Sunday All plates were cold and dry on the train clearly from morning prep leading into lunch Were prepping for dinner but the overall state of the restaurant is dirty. Accumulated dirt on the seating and other surfaces. I watched the young fry hand place salad in a bowl, wipe his gloved hands on a chux and plated another bowl of salad. In a place that serves both raw and cooked meat hygiene practices need to be above par otherwise patrons will get very sick. Won't be returning anytime soon, many more places to eat sushi at.
Went here for a lunch with my son. No greeting at the door we seated ourselves, no chopsticks or anything available on the tables I had to try find it all myself. The train was basically empty and what was there looked like it had been there all day and no one was touching it. Had to order from table app, sushi was messy in presentation. Music was very loud and inappropriate for a family restaurant, it made us both feel rather uncomfortable. Restaurant was unclean and service was some what rude. We didn’t stay long we waited ages to pay. Don’t go here there is plenty of better places close by.
Worse service. Left by a bunch of kids who don't have a clue. Placed an over the phone order, where they told me the wait time would be 30 minutes. I drove 30 minutes later to pick up order, to be told they hadn't even made my order yet. So disappointed I just walked out minus the sushi. Terrible.
Yesterday the 22nd there was a lovely waitress named Candice. She was happy and brought a smile to our faces when she brought the food she was happy and a lovely girl and she made our experience wonderful. Delicious and quickly prepeard. 10/10
