I placed an order just before 8pm. The person on the phone did not sound too happy to take my order. The chips I ordered were not salted even after specifying normal salt. The gravy was too thick and powdery, it seemed crusty on top. The potato scallops were floury and unsalted. It seemed no salt was used in the batter either. I have previously ordered from here before and received excellent chips and potato scallops so am very disappointed.

Other than that, the chips were well cooked and the burger was good other than the lettuce being soggy. 

I definitely could tell the staff thought my order was an inconvenience, if they didn't want my order maybe take into consideration the closing times or tell me the kitchen is closed. I don't need attitude with my service.

Burpengary fish and chips were great.  The chips tasted great and the staff courteous.  I called ahead and booked and had little to no wait.  I will be back to this shop again.  The chips tasted fresh and not like the oil was 2 weeks old.

New to the area and was looking for a great chips and burger takeaway. This place is awesome! Great prices and good old fashioned service and the food is tip top. Thanks

It would be nice if they bothered to answer their phone! Tried calling to make an order for over 20 minutes now. Pathetic!

Best fish 'n chips in the area. Nicely cooked, not greasy. Good staff and work ethic. Frequently busy because it's that good!
