They commonly have issues with drive thru orders, like missing sauce or chips, or the chips are undercooked or unsalted. Wasted an hour trying to sort out lunch today, decided on Variety feast and everyone was looking forward to it, looked up the price on the website (set specifically for the burpengary store) and everyone agreed to it. Tried to order it on the app and the price was higher than on the website. Tried to call the store but they don't have a phone number. Called KFC customer service line instead, the guy checked and apologised for the price discrepancy and told me that if we ordered in the store that the price will be the one listed on the website, not the app. Went down to order and they said the price was the more expensive one on the app, not the website, and they wouldn't give us the slightly lower price. After getting stuffed around so much from simply trying to order lunch we went elsewhere and probably won't bother trying to get food from here again - way too much hassle.

They missed several items out of our order that we had to go in and correct them on after we did drive thru. Then when we got home we found that they'd forgotten to put the sauce in. I wouldn't even want the food if there isn't any sauce to go with it. Also one of the nuggets looked like it had been dropped on the ground, it was covered in dirt and a clump of hairs, and another nugget tasted really dry, old and cold like it had been sitting around for 6 hours on a bench. Update: Filed the complaint with the store and they rang up and fixed everything up for me, offered me an entire replacement meal free of charge. Was a very helpful and professional customer service representative of the store. Since then I've not had a single problem with an order.

Kentucky Fried Nothing? WHAT KIND OF KFC RUNS OUT OF CHICKEN??? ON A WEEKEND? Made us wait 25 min initially for our chicken. Then said we had to wait an additional FIFTEEN minutes for hot and spicy. Ended up coming home with the original recipe and it was sloppy! This was not fast food. This was not the first time they have run out of fried chicken. Appalled. You should NOT have to wait 35 minutes. I could have cooked at home.

Relatively Fast on Serving time. Sometimes the staff in the drive thru are very moody and rude, other than that its Great.

If you want burnt chicken. Cold chips. And half your order missing complimented by long delays then burpengary KFC is the store for you.
