Drive thru - ordered 2 pieces of hot and spicy -$6.95 received the 2 pieces with the least amount of meat on them.- 1 drumstick and 1 wing. Wing piece was dried up. Menu board was showing 2 pieces for $3.95. When I questioned the staff member he replied that that must be online only. I asked well why put that on the drive thru board- he replied I can go get my manager nI understand totally that people need to learn but they should have a buddy with them who can assist.
Place was dirty.nI ordered my food at 8:40 and got my food at 9:20. I got an original crispy meal, a tender meal, and a wrap. It took 40 minutes!!! I was fuming. I asked him when my order was going to be ready and he said that they were just waiting on the zinger. I get home, and said “zinger” was in a terribly formed wrap, with barely any chips. It was a “chipster” from the secret menu, there should have been way more chips given the name… the guy was nice, but everyone I saw working behind the counter looked like they didn’t know what they were doing, or they weren’t doing anything. I wanted to cry. I wanted a quick meal for me and my sick family because I start work early tomorrow and now I won’t get to eat this sad meal until tomorrow. If you go to this store, which I would not recommend, go through drive thru, it’s clearly a priority here…
Once again! Disappointing! Ordered online, went to pick up order they said we had the wrong store, couldn't find the order. This after we waited in the drive thru line for 20mins. Then suddenly they found the order. Mindful of the long line we drove off only to check the order and found items missing. I called the store, no apology, the lady said oh we cant do delivery you can come back or I'll send you a store voucher. 2 burgers looked like it was just slapped together. I had no sauce. Absolutely disgusting. Small pieces of chicken and the hot & crispy pieces looked anaemic. This store used to be my favourite but in the last 6-8 months it's been a shocker. I'm all fir young staff but for Gods sake, give them properctraining. They have no customer service skills, don't seem to care about the presentation of the food and are so rude. They can learn something from Red Rooster staff! Talking amongst themselves while paying customers wait. And I keep saying I'll not go back! Stupid ME! This really is the worst store on the Nort side. So thanks for nothing. RR you've won me over fir good.
KFC is known for tender juicy chicken. The chicken we have ordered was very dry and hard to chew. The cooking oil they used was off. Too much bread crumbs.
I'm understanding of a little bit of a wait in the drive-thru line, but over 35 minutes?! What a joke!! Not even an apology or acknowledgement from staff that there was a delay. Plus it's not like people were rushing around, run off their feet. Plus
