Disgusted with the service from Burpengary Hungry Jacks. Plain and simple incompetence and lack of initiative. Explain how you’re going to tell a customer there burger is going to be a 30 minute wait when no traffic and it’s just a rebel whopper with cheese which you never add honestly it’s not rocket science.
Air con was so cold that my chips were served cold. Burger and chips were colder than my drink.nThere is no way that the food is being kept within legal temperature range. Just crap. The burgers definitely are not better at this Hungry Jacks.
I am a local to this area so this is not a one off.nI am so sick of this place, every single time you get my order wrong. I am at the point where I am done with this place. 3 times now I have ordered the tropical Jack fried chicken and you have given me a total different burger or you seem to forget to add the chips or extra burger if it’s a hunger tamer.nnSeriously I have had enoughnnHow are you that bad.
Food seems good and place is clean most the time only thing is music is way to loud every time iv been here,nnOver all good place nice design and not swamped by bogans even tho it’s not far from the shitest suburbs morayfield and Cabo just north of it. And deception bay.nnThis little area town and area seems like a nice nugget.nnOh and that door that keeps blowing open and close is super annoying. Fix it please.
Online ordering wasn’t working at their store, and they kept saying they had been receiving orders all morning, though not a single one came up on the screen while we were there.nnWe tried on 3 different phones and all of them returned an error and had our names show up on the screen, but the manager kept saying it wasn’t the stores problem.nnI asked if she could put the items through manually instead of through the app, and she said she wasn’t allowed, despite being the manager. With all the hassle and lack of reasoning, we just went to maccas instead.
