Terrible customer service. Absolutely terrible. Employees attitudes just as bad as the food…I understand these people and children could be tired and have things going on but the lack of professionalism and decent customer service is just not good enough. Even the managers attitude. One of the young employees asked for help with the till and the manager came and roughly handed me my change. Probably annoyed she had to get off her phone for two seconds…No eye contact. No smile. Not even a word. What happened to the days where you put a smile on your face greeting customers with a positive attitude and happy tune. Just rude
Absolutely disgustednBag over packed, squished burgers, missing burgers, fries all through the bags. I then had to explain the issue to 2 apparently managers. I was not impressed with the way they handled the situation so I have now requested a DM to contact me
I was served by a young girl named Molly, she was very cheerful, full of energy, not only was the costumer service great, food was delicious and arrived quickly. Even when leaving the same girl made sure to tell us to have a great night. This really made a difference from any other fast food place’s I have been recently. Loved the energy and thank you for such a positive experience. I will be returning.
Every time we ask for fresh chips they never do it. It happens to us multiple time where we have ordered fresh chip and they always gave us cold chip and soggy. We always have to go back reorder and they start argue and try make us fool by saying chips are fresh. If this review been read by owner they need to teach manner to their staff and honesty.
Visited the drive-through today after ordering through the app and the service was really disappointing. The staff member at the window was noticeably rude and very short with us when we tried to confirm our order. When we pulled up to collect it, she didn’t speak at all, just handed over the drinks, closed the window, then did the same with the food. No greeting, no communication, no basic courtesy. The order itself was fine, but the customer service made the entire experience unpleasant.
