hi guys worst ever customer service drive through order with my young son wasnt all busy waited to long as well had to come round again to pick my order again cause theyre cant bother to read the order of food that was taken an paid for beyound are joke when only customer there this mornig, wont ever be back maybe should rethink about hireing new staff an get right next time round guys

The drive through staff are useless, they either don't care how much they stuff your order up or they intentionally rip you off.

Often have little problems with our orders from here. The Frozen drinks have had a weird nutty taste to them for the past few months which makes them undrinkable. Just yesterday (which is why I'm writing the review) I ordered an Ultimate smokey bbq angus burger small meal through the drive thru. When it came out it only had one beef patty on it (not 2 that it was supposed to have). I parked my car and went inside to tell them. They took it and gave it back to me saying it was all fixed. Drove it home and took it out to eat it and they hadn't added the extra bacon and it had no fried onion on it (which is a staple of the smoky bbq angus). Not happy as I didn't get half the stuff that was meant to be on my burger that I paid for.

The two stars are for the food, it is nice, even if they did bugger up my order after asking twice. My biggest issue was the arrogant, snotty attitude of the girl serving me, who I think was the manager as she was wearing a different shirt. (7am 23/12/17) what a rude person, puts a bit of make up on and suddenly she thinks she's queen bee and doesn't have to be nice to anyone. Her manners were virtually non existent, and I was treated like an inconvenience. If she indeed was a manager of some description, this site is doomed.

The food was tasty but a little burnt, the shakes were really enjoyable. But the drive through service, while polite, was very slow. As a side effect parts of the food were cold by the time they came out to us. To be fair it was fairly close to closing time if that makes any difference.
