I am never coming back! I went in and ordered through the screen like I usually do. And yet again no receipt or number given. My sister, her friend and I got burgers and meals. And everything was good, and I got my dad a shaker fries and a large caramel shake. This is where is goes all wrong. He got given a water and a small fries. What. The. Hell. Ripped us off, even checked if we had everything in the bag and didn’t check the drinks because I’ve never had a problem with it. Seriously never going here again. Here is shown the receipt of the bag and it is obviously a water not a shake.
I would give 0 stars if I could. Burpengary store never has frappe's no matter what time of day/night it is, and 50% of the time you either have to wait in the drive thru for ages or something will be missing from the order.
I went inside to order food for my wife as a takeaway order, went to the self service machine ordered what I wanted but when it came to paying for the order with my card it said no receipt card dismissed, so as it didn't give me a number for my order I didn't think it had gone to the restaurant and came out of my account. So I tried this same order again and again it gave me the same result. So what I did then was thinking that there was no paper in this machine to accept my order I went onto another device next to it did the same order again and this time it had accepted my card and gave me an order number when it came to picking up my order the girl behind the counter asked me if I had double ordered I then explained the issue I had with your machine and she then had to return my double order in cash.
The decline is unfortunate. Self service has been prioritised but no self service for napkins. There’s never option for table service for parents, receipts never work and staff all congregate and talk and chat while the place is empty.nnFood will always be good as it’s McDonald’s and it’s replicable but the atmosphere is no longer a place to enjoy and sit and emphasis on drive thru has been established
This is my local and I am gladly to say I have complained a lot but this is my final one again I worked at maccas it’s not hard to get a order correct, so instead of someone having to go back around drive Thru because u come out with frozen stale pancakes the food need to be checked I went back around to tell them they were cold I had some girl say do u want new ones no appologised they re heated the same ones they were so hard to cut the pack was over heated when u opened it the cardboard all fell off worst McDonald’s ever sorry to say
