Fabulous food, a great wine list. My most favorite Melbourne restaurant. (a perfect place to experiment as the wine selection is always thoughtful and inventive) and warm, welcoming staff. If you can only eat in one Melbourne restaurant, make it this!

Amazing share food, amazing atmosphere and amazing staff. Arrive early to reserve a table, all your party needs to be there though. The duck Bao is easily the best dish, super tasty. Vegetable dumplings and beef buns are also a favourite if ours.

Supernormal is a great place for lunch. Busy but quiet. I took one not-so-great photo because I didn't want to miss my time there. I enjoyed the crunch of the pumpkin seeds. The taste of sea in the pacific oysters. Tangy taste of the pickled vegetables. Sweetness of the lobster in a brioche bun. Spicy taste of the super soft, slow cooked lamb with greens. Put the phone down. Listen to the intro of each dish. Enjoy each dish with your loved one. Wish you happy memories!

Delicious, so tasty and comfortable. The wait staff were so helpful, and it was fascinating watching the chefs do their thing. Great ambience and so many yummy things to try will definitely be back.

So my partner took me here for lunch on my birthday as a little surprise. I'd heard a lot about it and seemed to be the only one in Melbourne that hadn't been here yet. $17 for a (tiny) lobster roll is outrageously expensive, but I'll be damned if it wasn't the most delicious thing I've eaten in a long time. I feel like a bit of a foodie snob recommending a two/three bite lobster roll that costs more than a family pizza, but here I am. We also had a delicious snapper drizzled in tasty butter... But the lobster roll overshadowed everything! Long review short. Supernornal is busy (and there's good reason for that), it's tasty and it's considerably pricey. It's the kind of place I'd go to make an impression.
