Lovely spacious apartment, clean and well stocked. Well located with undercover parking.nCons: hot water pressure was terrible, a broken towel rail meant we had to put our towels all over the bathroom, the wifi kept dropping out, the DVD player couldn't be plugged in and they could use more power points in the bedrooms a lot of this is bc it's an updated 80's building. Otherwise very happy with our stay, thank you.
Great apartments, kids and I had a ground floor ocean view apartment. Apartment was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, great location near shops, parks and beachs. Highly recommend this place
We stayed here for a week for a wedding but our apartment was dirty. Cockroaches and hair all over the floor. The washing machine and shower flooded and didn't work. The bedroom carpet was soaked. We got told to get some towels and clean it up ourselves. No offer to swap apartments or use a different washing machine. Our apartment was older but others we stayed with had newly renovated places where everything worked well - but we payed very similar rates to them which doesn't seem right seeing how poor our room was in comparison. Definitely would not stay here again or recommend it any one. Reception were super unhelpful
Our apartment was pretty decent, well equipped kitchen. Only aircon in the main living space and fans in bedrooms.nLittle disappointed to be asked to pay extra for a babies cot.nnIn a nice quiet spot.
We stayed at room 14 and we were disgusted in the rooms cleanliness. The floors were dirty, the aircon had a mouldy stench, the showers were dirty, black mould on the walls, dusty and dirty everything. The list goes on. The only saving grace was the very helpful front desk staff. They were very understanding and helped with a refund. I don’t put any of this on the front desk staff, whoever owns the apartment we stayed in. Spend some money and stop being a cheapskate, clean your rooms and get it updated!!!
