Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort

We had a wonderful stay for two days using our Accor membership. It's the first time we have stayed since it became the Sofitel (previously the Sheridan I think). All of the housekeeping, restaurant, lobby and pool staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The facilities were five star and the location was perfect right on Hasting Street and main beach. Breakfast was great. We had a special sunset visitor. Wonderful. Will post a separate rating on the Beach House. Will definitely want to stay again. Will look at booking in soon.

Really nice hotel. Breakfast was excellent with fresh and good choices. Room didn't have a super great view (overlooked the front of the hotel) but made up for it by being extremely spacious and comfortable with a nice balcony. Bathroom was also really nice with all the usual amenities. Pool and gym also exceeded expectations. Would stay here again.

One of the best hotel pools I've had the pleasure to try. Spacious rooms and located extremely close to the main beach. Hastings street is a nice walk with shops as well.

Service was truly amazing , nothing was too much for your staff. We have very high standards and it was world class. Staying at the Sofitel made our holidays experience such a memorable holiday. My daughter thought your pool was so kid friendly she loved it so much. We will def be coming back to the Sofitel in the near future. If i could rate your staff 15/10 i would *****

This is the second time we've stayed here. The first was when it was the Sheraton. We love this place because it's so relaxing and welcoming and when you're in your room it feels like the rest of the world is somewhere else. The staff who booked us in were friendly, well spoken and polite. They made us feel welcomed. The room service staff were helpful & polite. Breakfast at The Beach House is an unhurried start to the day with a wide variety of choices. The duty chef at the hotplate was masterful in keeping up with the orders. Poolside feels like you're without a care in the world. The staff are terrific. Thanks for having us.
