Do not stay here... Seriously the most vile outdated hotel I have stayed in. Everything in the suite was worn, old and dirty.nPiles of dust behind every unit, around the edges of the carpet, and on top of surfaces that normally would be cleaned after every guest.nGot 'upgraded' to a better room but it didn't have anything good about it.. small dark balcony on the bottom floor right next to the pool. Was meant to have a Hastings street view.nVery smelly musty, chlorine smell in the suite.nAlso a constant loud water running noise outside our bedroom window.nOnly positives is the location to restaurants/shops and good reception staff.nDefinitely not worth the price! You would expect far more considering it is an Accor brand with premium pricing.
Whilst I cannot fault the location and the size of the room we stayed in 2 bedroom apartmentnThe rooms are very outdated old the washing machine was mouldy, the blinds in the kitchen has mould on them. The beds were uncomfortable. We weren’t able to put the two single beds together to make a larger bed. The quality of service at the reception desk was poor and one Lady in particular was quite rude. The tvs were tiny and only contained satellite channels. I just think for the price you pay, you should get decent quality.
Last Easter, I went to Noosa and I went with my mum, my dad, and my sister. We stayed at this place called The Sebel.nnThe Sebel had an enormous pool with a bridge going over the other side. Outside the Sebel, there is an amazing street. The Sebel has two amazing king-sized beds and one was a flip-out.nnOverall, if I would go back to Noosa, I would stay there again as it is a beautiful place.nnWritten by: MDR
The two-bedroom pool-view apartment was perfect for our family of four.nnWhat we loved:n- Excellent location with direct access to Hastings Stn- Beautiful property overall with a relaxed holiday feeln- All staff we encountered were delightfuln- Car parking was a breezen- The apartment was well-appointed, with plenty of cooking and dining necessitiesn- The bathrooms were generously sized, and there was a spa in the ensuiten- The pool was heated we stayed in wintern- We could dine at any of the Accor-affiliated restaurants on Hastings St and charge back to the roomn- The pillows were divinen- The indoor and outdoor dining and lounge furniture were comfortablennWhat we didn't love:n- The main bed was uncomfortably hardn- The pans in the kitchen were poor quality and challenging to cook in we are accomplished cooks, and still everything stuckn- The hot water ran out before we could all bathe. Twice we tried to use the bath/spa, but couldn't as there was no hot water remaining.n- The Wi-Fi was horrendous. On the rare occasion we managed to connect, it was too weak to provide any service. Given that the availability of Wi-Fi influenced my decision to book this property, it was disappointing.
Great location! Friendly helpful staff! The pool and surrounding areas are lovely and well maintained. Unfortunately the room we stayed in was looking very tired and out dated. It is definitely in need of a good ‘spruce’!
