Amazing stay tainted by rude housekeeper... First of all, Noosa Residence is a amazing. We found it by accident last year and stayed again recently as the apartments are amazing, clean, large and well equiped. We love them. So, why not five star? Unfortunately, our stay was tainted by one of the rudest housekeeping people I’ve ever met. If it wasn’t for her, it would be FIVE star all the way. The good: - Housekeeper with white car (very friendly and interesting) - Location (short walk to Hasting St) - Apartment view if higher up - Size of apartment, pool and parking - Apartment facilities I.e TV, washing machine, etc - Very friendly team - Competitive pricing - Responsive to questions I.e. phone/email The bad: - Nothing to report The ugly: - Housekeeper with black Range Rover. If your personal aim was to berate us three times for parking, be rude and delay moving your car; you achieved your goal. We fully understand you were mid cleaning but all you had to say was ‘Hi, give me a second and I’ll move my car’ however you chose another route by telling me off. If it wasn’t for your colleague (with the white car), I would have told you where to go take yourself. You could learn something from your colleague as she was genuinely interested in our stay and what we did. You are by far the rudest person we met on holiday and you could have handled the situation so much better. Unbelievable. I almost marked down our stay as three stars, but this would be unfair to the residences team as they were excellent. Can I give you some advice, be nice. We were. We said ‘Hi’. We asked if it wasn’t an issue to move the car a little. But no, it was straight into berating. No hello. No goodbye. Just a poor attitude and it was clear through your body language you were unhappy and wanted us to know it. Summary: Would be stay again? Without a doubt. We love Noosa residence and our second stay was as brilliant as the first. It’s unfortunate that our last memory - as we departed - was an extremely surprising and negative one. Keep up the good work guys/girls and keep ‘black range rover’ lady away from guests. Her interaction is pulling you down. Left a sour taste from a brilliant visit

Our villa was beyond beautiful with really unforgettable gorgeous ocean views. First impressions last and I have to say we were super impressed with the facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed our dips in the complex's pool. Also, big kudos to all the extra accessories in the garage that help making our beach outings that much better. We chose Noosa Residences not only cos of it's amazingly luxurious residences and facilities (including baby facilities!) but its location as well, which was key in towing our toddler along to our adventures. A truly beautiful spot to stay, tucked in the bushland with incredible ocean, rainforest and hinterland views. Close enough to Hastings Street but far enough from the noise that a main street brings. One of the best things about nestled within nature is hearing and being visited by a kaleidoscope of birds that call this place home. Pretty magical. We would stay in Noosa Residences again in a heartbeat.
