Fantastic room overlooking the beach. The pool is nice, but basically unnecessary. The balcony was a real treat at night, when the beach lights went out the stargazing was phenomenal.

Unfortunately taken into emergency cardiology the day prior to arriving. They were immediately contacted and provided with a full letter from the cardiologist as I was taken from his office to the PA Hospital. I was happy to pay and asked management to consider allowing us to vacation at a time when they were quiet. We were so looking forward to it. They declined. Instead they asked that we find a friend or family member to take the week. Apparently this as to be arranged from bed 49.2, ward 3E, Princess Alexandra Hospital. Still here at the typing of this review. Customer service at its finest. Netanya were paid in full. They must be laughing. Spend your money with decent people. Apparently you have to provide a one star minimum.

Be careful We booked a 2 bedroom suite in January. The air-conditioning didn't work for 3 days. A fan does not help and the pool area is noisy. So can't open the doors. No repairs were performed. We requested late check out thinking they would have the repairs performed after the weekend anyway. Not the case. The next unsuspecting customers were moving in at 10.30. For this money there are other places on Hastings. Location on beach means one day they might be helpful
