This is easily the best place to stay when in Noosa. Very good value for the money, you're typically in a standalone house with your car parked right underneath you (no dragging everything through a parking garage and from one end of the property to the other), and the property is small enough that it's not a far walk to get to the street. As the other reviews have pointed out, these aren't brand-new buildings and some are partially remodeled, but none are uninhabitable and really, you are right across the street from one of the best beaches on the entire planet so you shouldn't be spending too much time on the property anyway. The bedrooms are comfortable, plenty of glasses and dishes in the kitchen, bathrooms that are plenty large, laundry machines for each unit, and a big deck. But like I said before, this place is right across the street from the beach, with plenty of restaurants, shopping, even a chemist right on Hastings. The staff is super friendly and happy to provide recommendations for things to do and where to hire sporting goods and whatnot, as well as extra towels.

The beach houses are spacious offering two bedrooms, two separate wc, two shower-rooms, open plan kitchen/living/dining, separate laundry and car parking. The main living area has comfortable sofas to kick back in with Sky TV. Dining area seats four to six easily. And there is additional outdoor seating too. Although in summer an umbrella or shade sail wouldn't go amiss to provide some protection from sun. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped although my friend and I both commented on the absence of a caffetiere given the extent of the coffee culture in Australia. The showers had good water pressure. There was aircon in all bedrooms and living area plus ceiling fans, definitely needed given the high temps/humidity. The laundry beneath the living area was well equipped. It included ironing board, iron, washer, dryer. The parking space underneath the house was convenient too although we did have issues with surfers leaving their boards in our parking space so parking became an issue. I did convey my concerns to the proprietors however and they were going to address the problem so hopefully this is an isolated incident. There is a communal bbq/pool area which was ideal for a swim when the beach was overly crowded. The beach houses are centrally located, it was a fabulous position for shopping and getting to the beach with pedestrian only access onto Hastings St. Can't fault it for location at all. Would certainly consider returning in the future.

Good, there was a puddle on the floor left from cleaning but can't fault anything else.
