Stayed here 2nights with my family, car park & check in great service. Unfortunately we didn't get the river view room. FYI We were assigned to stay on level 3 in the 1BR this was on the hasting street side. Avoid this room it gets noise the Hasting street side. Also No lifts! It was always a great workout up & down. Furniture is dated! The starter pack! No comment 😳😳😳 This place is not a hotel it's more like a self contained apartment, towel change cost extra & wi-if is limited! Pool view was nice which was a bonus. The Location is a winner!

Not enough car parking for how many rooms there are so if you get a park when you check in you cant drive anywhere during your stay for risk of losing your park. The room we stayed in was old and run down, there was dried urine on the toilet bowl underneath the "this has been cleaned" strip they put over the seat and dried blood on the shower frame. The air con dripped water and smelled terrible. The doona on the bed didnt have a cover on it and the bed linen looked dirty. The ironing board was rickety and the cover on it was absolutely filthy- we had to iron over a towel. Our initial greeting when we got there from the receptionist was appaling and rude. She did make efforts to improve on that throughout our stay but it was a bit late for that. Literally the only thing good was how close you were to everything else. We ended up leaving a day prior to our reservation ending because we couldnt handle another night in that disgusting room.

Hotel Laguna Noosa is in a great location The bar is exceptional

What a wonderful experience. Friendly professional staff, prompt pleasant service, and a relaxed welcoming atmosphere. The pizza at Miss Moneypenny's was incredible. Take me back!
