3 bedroom Tree Tops apartment. Perfectly situated in this extensive complex of apartments. The service was outstanding, from reception to the house keepers and everyone in between! The food was lovely in Park and Cove as was the daily breakfasts. Stand out staff were Maya in the restaurant, very professional. Miles in reception who rushed out to help after the tyre blew on the rental car-he changed the tyre like a professional, incredible service and Pierce the buggy driver was delightful, nothing was a trouble. The buggy service is fantastic as the property complex is very steep but this service makes everything accessible. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
Pros- excellent location, walkable to beach, Hastings street, Noosa junction and the national park is literally on your doorstep. Facilities were v.good and well maintained. Front desk staff were helpful.nnCons- I had not realised the villas and I think all the rooms are privately owned so of varying quality. The villa we got to begin with was subpar. A Broken sofa, broken bathroom door, very mouldy blinds and a terrible smell in the bedrooms. It was also not cleaned properly.nWe were offered a new villa though never any kind of apology, which was MUCH nicer.nIt makes it hard to know how to rate the place overall as it’s the luck of the draw whether the owner has invested in their room/ villa .
A luxury accommodation this is not. We booked this hotel through our credit card company and upon arrival, were informed there is no housekeeping service with our apartment. That’s not a big deal. The larger problem is that the room felt dirtyChocolate stains on blankets and pillows, haphazard set of qtips/vanity sets thrown into the bathroom. Location is great and we were lucky to spend the majority of our trip outside of this room.nnWe booked this vacation for our honeymoon and wanted a fancy, special spot. We heard rave reviews about Peppers but were extremely disappointed in the stark difference between “luxury” accommodation as is splashed across their website, and the kitchenette air bnb feel we were actually greeted with. For a normal vacation this is fine. For a special trip, or for those preferring something nicer— look elsewhere.
Can’t fault the place, location and staff, all were fantastic! We were actually airbnb guests, but the only part we couldn’t access was the golf buggy service due to insurance which is completely understandable. The amenities - pools steam room gym and bar/restaurant were all great. Apartment itself was lovely, so quiet and surrounded by the national park made it so peaceful, easy access to Hastings st, national park, and a quick step up to laguna lookout.nBest part for us were the staff, from the moment we arrived and popped in to reception, we were made to feel welcomed, staff were so polite and friendly. Our last day we had a later check out and an hour to kill, we were early for lunch opening but they were still welcoming and helped us out. Lunch with a glass of wine was amazing, they made sure we were fed in time for our train home, setting and food in the restaurant were great. Thanks team, you were all so lovely and welcoming!
