We had a great 6 nights stay at Peppers. De one bedroom apartment was very comfortable. The bed was really good. I also liked the fact that there was a washing machine and dryer in the apartmentnThe staff at reception was very friendly and the buggy service guys were great fun!nThe location is perfect, quiet but close to the beach/Hastings street! Recommended!
The resort layout and feel on arrival is lovely however the 4 bedroom villa that we stayed in is well overdue for a refresh. You are paying luxury villa prices for a villa that needs a good deep clean, furniture upgrade, with bathroom tiles that are stained and dirty and should be replaced.nIt’s possible that other villas are better kept as I believe most of the villas at Peppers are privately owned so if an owner doesn’t want to maintain their villa- they simply don’t. Worth checking before you book.nnRoom cleans are very basic- towels, beds made and a bin change only. The rest of the apartment is left as is. For example the kitchen benches are not wiped down, nor are couches tidied up which you get as part of a normal housekeeping clean around the world and other Australian resorts. All of these things are noticed.nnThe staff however are lovely, friendly and accomodating. The walk to Hastings St is quite easy, so location is good for those wanting to be close to the main heart of Noosa.
Set up in the hills behind the national park end of Hastings Street, this is a big resort, but feels secluded.nThe pool is very good, and it's a short walk down the hill to the beach.nThe room was so comfortable it was the kind of place you could enjoy just hanging out in, and the blackout curtains meant that you could sleep all day if you liked doing that sort of thing, which I do.nOur room 8305 looked out onto rainforest and it was beautiful to wake up to and drink very strong coffee until the scenery moved.nKitchen amenities brilliant, includes coffee plunger which I value.
Great location, beautiful rooms, lovely breakfast and restaurant spot. A short walk downhill from Hastings Street. You get the best of both worlds here - close to the bustling and vibrant Main Street, yet once you’re back at the hotel, it’s very quite and feels like you’re on the middle of a rainforest.
This hotel is well located and has lovely surroundings but the rooms are not fit for purpose. We booked a one bedroom apartment but were put into a Studio which was dark and smelt damp. We asked to move and were put into a much nicer one bedroom apartment. It was light and spacious but there was no door between the bedroom and the bathroom. The sofas were not suitable for sitting on - they were very deep and had very low backs. The hotel advertises itself as a conference hotel but there are no desks in the rooms - I had to put my laptop onto the ironing board and my partner used the kitchen bench.nnI asked if there was daily service so as I knew what to expect, was told yes there was daily service but the bed was only pulled up and all the cushions were left on the floor.nnThe staff were friendly and helpful but I saw no sign on management.
