We originally contacted management to discuss personally these issues before posting but never got a reply after we were told the manager will call.nnWe checked in to apartment 131 on friday 30th September 2024 and did discuss our concerns at reception about the apartment at the time.nnOur concerns were that the apartment was not the same as we viewed on line and that we were not happy.nnWe had booked through Booking.com and the lady at reception said it was a standard unit which were not refurbished units and that we should have booked a superior unit.nnWe were offered a discount at our next visit however based on our experience with Unit 131, we would not be interested in returning.nnWe discussed moving to a Superior unit but none were available and we were stuck as there was limited accommodation available in Noosa and we would struggle to get money back from booking.com.nnWhat are our issues;nnFalse advertising as apartment 131 was nothing like the unit online via Booking.com. Can supply photos if others are interested before booking.nThe unit as attached was stated to be a studio apartment, not standard or superior as discussed at the front desk.nThis unit was well below a standard unit and in our view should not be available to the public in its current condition or the current rate.nThe unit was musky smelling and felt damp.nLounge suites were musky and my wife and sister refused to sit on them.nCarpet was very tired and flat - I woke up this morning with bites on my ankles and legs which I believe came from the carpet or bed.nThere was mould in the wardrobe of the single bedroomnDrapes were mouldy and marked and needed replacingnThere had been a leak under the kitchen island bench on the living room sidenUnder the kitchen sink was dirty and musky.nThe bathrooms were below standard condition and not even close ton those showed on line.nBroken blinds in single bedroomnRusty tub in laundrynNo duvets just mink blanketsnBeds were old and uncomfortable.nAir condition unit was loud and because of that we were not able to use it.nI am the resort will be aware of these issues with this unit and I have taken photos to send to Booking.Com.nnAgain these photos along with the rates do not compare with the unit we stayed in.nnWhen I discussed this at the front desk the lady told me that this is an issue with booking through Booking.Com however I think this needs to be addressed with your management as this unit should not be available to the public in its current condition let alone at the rates we were charged.nnWe feel let down by Booking.Com and Noosa Resort as a result of our stay and I would hate to think that someone else had the same experience as a result.nnI note that in your reviews others have had a similar experience perhaps in this same unit.nnWe are not complainers in fact prefer to commend than be negative but this was not good accommodation.
Noosa International Hotel is a fantastic place to stay, excellent rooms, clean, service was warm and friendly, kids loved the pools and spas. So close to wonderful restaurants, and a short walk to Noosa central. This was our 2nd stay there and simply love it.
I am writing this review with an immense sense of disappointment and frustration after my recent experience with your establishment. I had booked a hotel room with your company to celebrate my birthday, and the events that unfolded were nothing short of a nightmare.nnJust one day before my anticipated holiday to mark a special occasion, I received an abrupt notification that my hotel booking had been canceled. The lack of explanation and timing of this cancellation completely ruined my plans and dampened what should have been a joyous celebration. The sudden cancellation disrupted not only my birthday plans but also my entire trip, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience.nnI had trusted your business to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, only to be let down in the most disappointing manner possible. The cancellation came at a point where finding alternative accommodations was nearly impossible, leaving me and my companions scrambling to salvage our plans.nnThis experience has left a lasting negative impression on me, and I am deeply dissatisfied with the lack of consideration for your customers. The lack of professionalism, communication, and empathy exhibited by your business is deeply concerning and unacceptable.nnAs a customer, I deserve to be treated with respect and understanding, especially when it comes to important occasions like a birthday celebration. Unfortunately, your company failed to meet even the basic standards of customer service, leaving me utterly disheartened and dissatisfied.nnI strongly advise potential customers to think twice before considering your services, as the risk of having their plans shattered is evidently high. I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others and encourages your establishment to reevaluate its policies and customer service standards.nnIn the end this hotel offer me crape replacement accommodation some where else and on the time I do not have a choice to took there offer but when I went in the property that was a shock for us , broken chairs and table and unsafe electrical wires are every where on that property , and I paid the same amount for that property too which is rip off for us …nnnext time if you cancel some one holiday plans then at least match them apple to apple . good luck
Waited till after 3pm to get room. Glasses in room were still dirty from previous occupants, and there were not enough pot lids for pots. The room smelt very strongly of disinfectant and generally it felt old and tired for the price paid compared to some of the other units that seemed to be renovated. The central island in the lagoon pool poses a hazard with multiple holes in the facade. Place got flooded and couldn't be cleaned due to public holiday, so no one could use the table tennis and pool room facilities. Also limited reception, so if you can't call, then you might have issue as there is no wifi till in room.
It was so pleasant to stay here for the family, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, very large longe, the facilities and huge pool were great, used the steam room, sauna, spa bath, played with the kids ping pong, gym, would definitely stay here again, based at top of hill only 5-10 walk Hastings st , perfect location and views. Great Price, very clean unit, all the cooking facilities you need if you cook something if not going out.
