This Nomads has been wonderful so far! People and staff seem so lovely! Being quite exhausted and shy when i arrived I was put at ease straight away by Ben who was very welcoming and answered all my questions/requests making me more comfortable! He also let us know about good food and drink deals for the day which was great. There are good facilities and the ensuite shared bathrooms are a plus!
This hostel was totally awesome! The socials here are by far the best in Noosa and all the hostels come here in the evening for their parties. Food is really nice and the happy hour prices are great! The staff here are actually so nice as well special shout-out to Quentin!. They take care of you and are super helpful. Genuinely the best hostel we’ve stayed at in Aus and gutted to only have spent 2 nights here.
The Nomads Hostel is very fun in regards of activities and parties. It's a beautiful location that makes you feel like you're in a jungle. Once we had a person in the room that was not supposed to be there the receptionist Ana was very passionate to solve the problem and sorted it out. Thanks Ana!

Locations: okaynThere’s bus stop nearby, but if you take off, you will need to walk for few minutes at the hill, then try to cross the 4 line road.nnIt’s good that Coles and IGA, and some restaurants are close, about 5 minutes walking distance.nnIf you want to go to the noosa main beach. It’s 10 minutes walking through hill.nnI really don’tnn2. Kitchen: you literally can’t get in to get water after 9:00, because the kitchen will be locked.nnI really don’t understand why they closed their kitchen at 9pm, and prohibiting people cook after 8:45pm. To me, it’s ridiculous early. Imagine a long term backpacker just finished work from restaurant at 10pm, then what he/she could do if they have something needed to put in fridge?nnThe sink is too shallow, it’s half size of normal washing sink. And the container of soap is not easy to use. The only thing I can compliment is they have enough fridge.nn3. Room: their lockers are big, I think it’s good. But the outlets are not close to bed.nnI stayed in 16 bed room. There’s few things I noticed. They do have outlets, but not everyone get the luck to charge. Some are close and some are far. There’s an area with power strip bar. But you need to be brave enough to put your phone there if you don’t feel afraid to be stolen.nnThere’s 12 lockers in 16 bed room. I think it’s enough. Because their size is big. And I don’t see many people using it.nnIt seems their rooms all equipped with toilets and bathroom. It sounds with more privacy? But I personally prefer the share bathroom way. While their lock is digital lock, if you want to use toilet or shower, you need to walked back room, and pressing password then see if you have luck to use the toilet. There’s only 1 toilet in the room.nnThey might say, well, they do have a public toilet. There’s only 1, and often engaged.nn4. Bathroom: the hot water is strong which I think it’s good. But environment is old and dirty with the floor.nn5. Other:n1 staffs are absolutely friendly.nn2 but the reception open at 9am. It’s a little bit inconvenient.nn3 the price is expensive. 48 dollars for 16 bed room. And some nights they change prices.nn4 there’s a bar owned by hostel. So there’s many tables outside the room. But, the purpose is for the customer, not for you.nn5 there’s no suitable place for you to use a charging laptop. There’s tables, but you can’t find places to charge.nn6 the price of laundry is 6 dollars, and you need to pay by card. And the dryer is 5 dollars.nn6. Summary:nLike others said, “Decent location remains as only positive memory - rest of this hostel is pretty outdated, dirty and lacks maintenance i.e. rooms and facilities. “nnI don’t think the price reveals on the quality. I think they should make their quality better, not just because it’s in Noosa then rising their prices.nnSadly, there seems only 1 hostel here. So they charge whatever they want.
Decent location remains as only positive memory - rest of this hostel is pretty outdated, dirty and lacks maintenance i.e. rooms and facilities. While it may be a good destination for parties, I wouldn’t recommend it as accommodation in Noosa - better look for one of the great Airbnbs with great value for money.
