Each apartment includes a private balcony with outdoor furniture and views over the tropical gardens or Noosa. The spacious living areas include a flat-screen TV. Air conditioning and ceiling fans are provided.

The large swimming pool is surrounded by tropical landscaped gardens with a waterfall. Children can stay entertained in the games room, while adults can relax and unwind in the sauna or spa pool.

Excellent facility.  Everything that you need for a great holiday.  Lovely caretakers that are easy & pleasant to deal with.

Currently staying here now for 7 nights at Christmas time. After paying $2500 you would expect  that Unit would have some decent aircondotioning. Not even an airconditioner in the Master bedroom.  
We are in a Penthouse also we ith a roof top spa.   Can't even sit in the Master bedroom as it was 31 degrees in there today. 
Had to carry all our gear up 4 floors as well from the basement carpark. 
Feel really ripped off. Will never stay here again. Buyer beware. 
I am staying in the Grande Florida Resort at Miami Beach from the 3rd to the 10th of January 2018.  It cost us $800 for 7 nights in a 2 bedroom unit. We have stayed there in the exact same unit before. It is heaps better then this.  Also it is on the beachfront.
Noosa Hill Resort is actually 900 meters from the beach and the hill will just about kill you on the way back up to the resort.
Will not be recommending this resort to anyone.
Oh and they expect you to turn the air conditioning off when you leave the Unit. Not likely after paying $2500  The airconditioner  is running 24/7 while we are here.

We thought we'd give this place a try. We booked in for 5 nights in a one bedroom apartment. Travelling with a baby, it was important we have a fully equipped apartment. The kitchen is small but lots of bench space - has most kitchen utensils but if you're planning to cook at the apartment, bring over some extra pots and pans as there is not alot of that equipment. There are no elevators to get up to your apartment from the underground parking (which is quite tight) so be prepared to carry your things up the stairs. The apartment itself is nice and comfy though. Not lavish like The Rise Noosa Apartments but quirky and ideal for a 3 person family. It has a private balcony at the back of the apartment overlooking the tennis court and swimming pool. It does have a nice view beyond that though. It's decently sized in the living room with a smart TV (some foxtel channels available) and Wi-Fi. Bathroom is an ensuite. Reception are friendly. There is no gym onsite but they have a gym deal with one at Noosa Junction so youd have to go there if you want a workout. There's a sauna here. Beach towels provided aswell. Air con in the living room, ceiling fan in bedroom and living room. Close to Hastings street and the beach - about a 5 min drive or 15min walk. Very close to Noosaville if you want to do general shopping there (Woolies, target etc). It's still a great location in any direction you want to go. Sea life in Mooloolaba is 40min drive away. Overall, a nice stay though we may try somewhere else next time we visit Noosa. Wouldn't mind coming back here though in the future.
