The young blonde lady who served me today 12th July at 10:08am I was genuinely in shock I had to say hi first she didn’t even want to communicate.. she cut my bread so badly it wasn’t even edible it all fell apart when I opened it she also wrapped it so terribly I could see my subway sticking out. I asked for the garlic toasty on garlic bread and she gave me plain white bread I opened it to be squished.. I’ve never had such a terrible experience at subway will definitely not be coming back
We stopped over for a quick lunch on our road trip. There was good seating and we were served by Simone, who was super nice making it a great experience.
Walked in to get some lunch, the girl who served me poked her head out from around back and basically rolled her eyes. She then plodded over dragging her feet and just said what would you like, no hello or anything. She made a pretty sub-standard sandwich and absolutely drenched it in the sauces I asked for. During this I wondered if they were closed and if I had severely inconvenienced them as I felt I was not wanted in the store. Another woman then wrapped by sandwich with the dexterity of a 3 year old and I walked out with my crumpled mess of a product laughing to myself as I listened to the first girl serve other customers with the same disinterest and disdain. Incredibly poor customer service, the worst I have ever come across in nz. So bad it was funny.
girl with black hair and glasses had terrible customer service skills and was putting barely anything in the sub. seems like they are putting as little as they can in, my partner asked for more meat to be added because it was a pathetic amount for a foot long and she said they would need to pay double! messy put together subs and just overall bad attitude and experience, we won’t be going back!
Foods not to bad. Service also not to bad.nHowever the so called background music is absolutely revolting. I'm quite deaf so the music that is blasting loudly is just off putting. The team working have to repeat themselves over and over because we cannot hear them over the music which in turn is nasty.nBackground music is supposed to be just that. BACKGROUND.
