I’m rating this cafe purely on food because the place as such is decent and clean. But the food!!!!! Is sooooooo bad !!! I really don’t understand all the good reviews. Eggs Benedict had a pair of “poached” eggs that were completely hard. No flavour or whatsoever. The coffee nothing of this world. The veggie stack completely bland! Aweful texture as well! Seriously if this is of the best cafes that timaru has, just go to the supermarket and make some breaky yourself cause for $10 you can do waaaaay better than this (total bill $47 wasted dollars). The tea was nice though, but it is not their tea is just a commercial one so all they had to do was put hot water. Waste of money. Sorry guys.

I absolutely love this Cafe great food especially the salmon filo my favourite great coffee and really friendly staff with a reward system for your coffees

This cafe really surprised me with their food quality and outstanding customer service. We ordered 2 coffees and 2 toasted sandwiches. The girl at the counter must have heard wrongly or keyed in wrongly for 1 sandwich instead. When we approach them for the 2nd order and offered to pay for it, they refused to collect our monies claiming it was their mistake and it's on them. When we insisted to pay later, they refused again outright. Really impressed with such service and beliefs they hold because you know you're getting quality food and service. The coffees were aromatic and packs a punch. The toasties were flavourful without having to add additional seasoning. Will come back for sure and please support them if you're in the area.
