This KFC is the cleanest I have ever been in. The toilet was very clean and from what I could see out the back in the work/ cooking area it also was very clean. One of the staff members was outside wiping down the wooden slats and I mentioned to her how clean it was.nThe young guy RaoulI think that was what his nametag said was very friendly and had great customer skills.nWell done Timaru KFC
Order online for pickup and wait around 25nMins and then I asked to staff about my order and she said haven't got your order and then I showed my bank transaction and email alsonAnd then she said will take another few minutes for confirmation in our order systems..wasted more than 40minutes without any reason
If only I could go lower than one star. The service and food was terrible waited for 40 minutes, got our food it was cold. We ordered after people some people yet got our meal before them absolutely terrible. Then got asked where we ordered and I said the self serve one for the lady Samantha to walk off and basically leave the conversation for a few minutes no update. Staff members standing around discussing personal issues and by the sounds of it gasbagging about other people too. Disappointed to be honest. Sort your act out.
Bought the Hot and Spicy lunch pack. Marissa at the check out counter is very lovely. We didn’t have to wait long for our order and our food is freshly cooked! Thank you!
I was waiting in line to order my meal and this manger Kat was aggressively talking bad to this wonderful customer asking for some more seasoning, she was telling this customer to leave and was saying she was going to call the cops if she didn’t leave. I would love to know where Kat learnt her customer service from!! How rude. Feel so sorry for that poor customer.
