Ordered 1 BBQ rib, 1 shear Salmon, 1 kitkat cheesecake, 1 glass of wine. All cost around 100$. All good except BBQ rib. Rib is dried, not juicy, little overcook I think, and the spieces didn't go into the rib yet. So we don't really like it. But salmon is perfect with salad. Kitkat cheesecake is one of the best I have ever tried. I have eaten alot of cakes around the world but still love this kit kat cheesecake. Highly recommend this salmon and cheesecake.nFriendly staffs, Big spaces but the next table is sooo noisyyyy
The food at Bullock Restaurant is amazing! Cob loaf is delicious. The food is served hot and there was plenty of gravy with the tasty slow cooked pork.nBar and restaurant are a little dated but that won't stop us returning very soon.

The service is enthusiastic. The cooking technique is very good. The fried chicken was juicy. The venison was very tender. The grilled pork ribs are delicious. For us the portions are huge. Great value for money.nnProbably staff shortage. The only surprise is that we spent two nights in Timaru. The waiting time in both restaurants was very, very long, more than 45 minutes.
We had dinner at Bullock Restaurant. We had last minute booking and staff was kindly enough to get table for us. Very Busy, vibrant atmosphere wih nicely decorated restaurant. There are limited car parkling spaces. Foods are good size and delicious. We had great experience.
