Great service with a smile, got an apology for the wait - which really wasn't needed and the wait wasn't very long at all. I'm paying for a great burger and I don't want it to take 30 seconds to make. It was a great burger, easily one of the best in the past year. Great taste, nothing dry or sloppy. Chicken bites were very tasty, light heat on them and still crispy and tender.
One word, delicious. Had a little to much beetroot on the burger I had, but once I scraped off a bit it was perfect. But that is my personal preference
Such a treat, especially coming from Dunedin as we don't have a burger fuel. Loved it Food: 5/5
Had the most wonderful experience tonight, the staff were so lovely! Really fast service, fresh fries, the most juicyist chicken tenders and I'm yet to attempt my burger which is massive! Such a awesome atmosphere with great music to kick back by yourself or with the family and have a great meal!!
terrible experience, waited along time to be served, i did notice they were busy cooking so didn't mind waiting until they were free. was given eye contact by some staff as i waited on the spot that says 'wait here to be served', nothing was said. then after about 5 minutes another couple walked in, we waited another few minutes and they got served before me. then the person behind the counter still walked away from me until i asked if i could get served - no politeness from them what so ever after that, just seemed like a huge inconvenience. and then when i was given my meals i got a very unsympathetic "sorry" which appeared very forced from them.. wont go here again.
The burger patty was so salty I couldn't eat it. The fries have all the calories in the world and wasn't crunchy enough, too soft. Really bad experience there, though the aioli was good.Food: 1/5

I really wanted to enjoy the experience, but sadly enough it was a first and probably the last time. The burger was alright, nothing really shouted out to me. The beef patty was done on point but that's about it. The kumara fries were over salted and for some reason, really oily. I don't think that was intended but that spoilt the experience for me. I didn't even taste any hint of truffle in the 'truffle mascarpone'. What was the pushing factor for the 2 star rating was that the onion rings cost me $2.50 for 3 of it on the burger itself. 3 onion rings for $2.50... Come on.
