The store is clean and tidy but it's not fast food. BK once had the policy to have orders out in 60 seconds. These days, we're lucky if it's inside of 15 minutes. We're even luckier if the large fries box comes with more fries than the average small.
Typical BK. The new self service kiosks are a health and safety hazard. They look like they've been assembled with no thoughtfulness. The steel box protruding at the bottom is the perfect height for a 3-5 year old to bang their heads on. The edges are sharp corners. Compare to the maccas kiosks with no such hazards
My chips were sloppy I don't think even a seagull would get them. I unwrapped my chicken burger and a piece of lettuce fell out and it looked brown on further inspection all my lettuce was brown! Absolutely disgusted and appalled!
Manager needs to hire more staff. Staff were friendly but I watched 2 people walk out because they weren't seen to.nNice and clean.nDoor handle when exiting the restaurant is too close to the opening in the frame. Took some skin off my thumb then opening it.
Utterly disgusting, no Mayonnaise in burger, chips were soggy. Only decent thing about it was the drink they got that right come on BK Timaru instead of standing there gasbagging, how about you do what your being paid to do give good service Never ordering from there again
