Had an unpleasant 6am breakfast here a couple of days ago. The restaurant was filthy I actually worried while I waited for our food if I was going to get food poisoning. Later that day my partner and I both got really bad stomach cramps and let's just say it wasn't good. The place was clearly under staffed and the owner really needs to get more staff on. The wait was longer than necessary.
I get home and my daughter has more chips in her happy meal than my large! Burger was made from across the kitchen and the whole lot was stale. 6:12 pm on 20 Jan. Sort it out.
Terrible, when the order was ready the girl at the front counter was yelling like a crazy person. First was missing a drink with the happy meal, had to go back and ask, second was missing the Chicken McChesse burger.. went back to ask. This is what I got.. not fresh it looked terrible like they took it out of a rubbish bin. So I threw it away.. Chips were cold, just not nice at all. Poor front of house girl doing the tables she was nice, shame the rest of the staff are not like her!
Every single time and I mean every time we get McDonald's delivered there is at least one item missing! We shouldn't have to chase up our missing food every time. Do the staff not double check the orders before they go out? I understand the restaurant gets busy but this is the service you provide. I'm sure we are not the only ones this happens to.
Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, I live in Christchurch but am here for work and the serving sizes are small the chips are cold and the McFlurry is basically empty.
To start of, two of the four order machines was out of order. That means long lines of people. The order was wrong, and the chips was not warm. I asked for salt and tomato sauce. The tomato sauce packets was sticky and we got one packet of salt. A tired looking girl emptied the over full rubbish bin next to us. Not a pretty sight to watch her or the rubbish for that matter. Spilled chips under our table and the table was sticky with spilled coke. We were there about 11.00pm Friday night after the Twilight Market. What a messy place. We were hungry after a busy day, but i wish we never went there and rather pushed through driving back home to Ashburton.
Terrible customer service. Both Drive thru servers were rude and did not want to be helpful at all. I wondered why KFC was full and you guys were not. Oh and order was wrong and had to wait way to long for a few items.
Good customer service. They made the burger better than some others McDonald's around where we go to sometimes
Hi guys it was like watching you all were on a high sch lunch or a party time someone eating a burger behind the counter someone was playing golf with the brush pan and round ball of rubbish someone hanging out the door and being told to get inside if they want to be paid .no one wanting to serve rubbish on the restuant floor .never seen this b4.but there seems to be alot of staff tonight 1 hiding just by the corner .have fun but remember you are all being paid and you are working .Management have a chat to your Thursday night staff.
Shocking level of poor cleanliness. If this was a normal cafe type establishment it would have gone out of business long ago.
