This is a stand in sylvia park mall. The mall has a parking garage and has wheelchair and disabled parking. Finding a place to park depeneds on how busy it is. The subway itself isnt usually busy and the service is fast. Subway is almost completely customisable, meaning they serve vegetarian options. The staff is very nice and do their jobs well. They have a small seating area just out side the stand. This isnt a good place to hang out, but is good if you need a quick lunch.

This Subway kiosk is a let down to subway they are always running out of things no matter what time I try them, their staff look bothered to be working there Barely listen to what I ask for and then look at you like you never said that! one time the male had the cheek to ask me if I could just have chicken and sauce as he didn't have enough ingredients to do my pizza sub... I now go to lunn ave they always smiling, always have stock of basic ingredients and their subs taste so much better. subway sylvia park needs to change big time or be replaced by another subway franchise as I've been there several times and it's always the same but no more my money is better spent at another subway franchise

Their subs are hit and miss. Sometimes its decent sized, sometimes its very tiny (no way they are 12 inch in length). Customer service is dependent on who serves you. Very average subway in general.

Breakfast sub was delicious. Customer service by Indian staff member was very poor . If I order a meal and you don't correctly hear what I ask for, don't get agitated and argue, just move on and be pleasant.Basic customer service skill lacking!!
