Fairly good place if you're after quick food. Service is usually very good and the staff seem to be consistent with their job as I wouldn't wait more than I would have another time. Food is above average in terms of preparation. Burgers usually look like they should, and taste acceptable. The buns are sometimes old I feel, as they can be quite firm or have a smell to them. Otherwise good quick service and good food (So to speak), it is junk food ;)

Drive thru - ordered whopper with cheese. Repeated and confirmed order. No other customers in line at drive thru. Get home 1min drive and find double cheese burger with "cold" chips. Very disappointed. Wont be going to Otahuhu again

Disgusting! They are using some nasty oil for their fries it makes is taste like plastic!

Worst food, coffee and service I've ever had. My coffee was cold and the missus coffee was half full. Put me off fast food for the rest of the new Zealand trip which Is probably a good thing anyway

Hands down the worst BK ever! Customer service is absolutely atrocious. Always have to wait a solid 5+ minutes before anyone comes to the counter, they all chill at the back making orders for the drive through customers. I Tried going through the drive through earlier and the girl taking my order was extremely rude! She made crude remarks about my order and joked about it as well. Feels like no one here takes their job or their customers seriously. The atmosphere inside is quiet and just 'weird'. I once watched them ignore a guy in a wheelchair because i guess thw girl thought he was retarded. Wouldn't recommend this specific Burger King.
