Only 4 star because they never offer you your receipt , what people don't know is that sometimes there are free things u can get on your next order, would drink what they do with with all those receipts they don't give the customers

Hi, Yesterday I made an order on the Pizza Hut website for 8 classic pizzas. There was an error on the website - something about Object Not Found or other. There was no confirmation email either. But when I looked at my online banking, Pizza Hut charged me anyway. My boyfriend went to the store to ask about my order. They said it didn't come through and that they cannot process a refund. I did not want a refund. I wanted the pizzas. It was my birthday yesterday, and I wanted to buy pizzas for my coworkers to celebrate. Ellerslie branch would not make the pizzas because "the money would come back to [my] account anyway" because the order was not processed. If he was so sure the money would be refunded, then why did he also tell me to contact customer service for a refund? A large international firm like Pizza Hut should be able to organise itself and its damn ordering system. I understand that whoever is reading this - if ANYONE is even reading this - likely has no control over the damn system. But I want my refund. How can your company even charge me for an order that was not made? That makes no sense. AT ALL. To be clear, give me that refund.
