WARNING TO ALL CUSTOMERS!!!n- Average 30+ min wait time, even when you order online prior, you will end up standing around for another 20.n- Kiosks don't work. You can make your order on them, but staff will not get your order, so your food won't be made until you ask them where your food is. Don't know why they just don't turn the kiosks off if they don't work?n-They will prioritise delivery orders over the people standing right in front of them.n- Front of house is too busy helping other staff to give and take orders.n- Food was missing from my order too.nnWould rate 0 stars if I could.nnManagement needs to hire more staff because this place is a circus.
Cold got a bit of everything but I asked for normal chicken and got the hot and spicy. They said it was ten minutes away with trays in front of me. The snack burger. Looked and tasted just as bad the bun had been crushed and the chicken inside was old and crunchy for the wrong reason there was a lil lettuce, not green or even white but off brown. The potato and gravy definitely had been sitting in the warmer too long because it was crusty on the top and hard. The chips were old hard and hollow. I asked for extra seasoning didn't get it and when I took that back. I had to wait and it had no taste either. It seems all the take away on pakuranga highway are just bad but this was next level. 3 pm on a Saturday. I felt bad for the family with at least 12 adults and many children had got so much because they didn't look happy at all. We started to pack out instore stuff and were going to take it all back but my children didn't want to start a fuss. I wanted my money back. Very rude staff with any detail
I often went to this store because it is close to my home. Today is such a bad experience because my son found two piece of hair from fried chicken. Also, chicken hasn’t been marinated enough and cooked enough. Never going back!
Brought home a bucket of kfc after a long day. Was about to open the cover and saw a piece of rubbish that appears to have been there for a long time as it was so filthy and oily. Not recommended.
My husband just had the most ridiculous and infuriating experience ever at your store! It's absolutely unacceptable. He used the self-order machine, paid, and then the receipt never printed. Fine, he took a photo of the order number and waited by the counter. While waiting, he placed another order at the counter. That's when he noticed that his previous order number wasn't even showing on the screen. Another lady, who ordered before him, had the exact same issue.nnThey called the manager to sort it out, but instead of resolving the problem, she made the situation worse. She had the audacity to ask my husband to confirm payment by showing the order number, which he did. Then she claimed that the machine sometimes doesn’t process orders correctly and demanded that he show her his bank statement. When he tried to log into our ANZ account, the app wouldn’t open. Meanwhile, the other customer managed to get a screenshot from her husband and showed it to the manager. But instead of helping, the manager dismissed it all, saying that the payment didn't match the order number.nnThey repeatedly told her they weren’t together, that they just happened to use the same faulty machine, and she refused to listen. My husband even asked her to check the store’s system, arguing that the payment must have gone through since there was an order number, but she outright refused to help!nnInstead of taking responsibility or trying to fix the problem, she walked away, leaving my husband and the other customer to figure it out themselves! After waiting over half an hour, my husband finally managed to get the bank transaction and showed it to the counter staff, who agreed to prepare the food—but even then, it took another 10-15 minutes! The manager came out briefly to help another customer, but she completely ignored my husband and continued to show no respect or care for the situation.nnIt's beyond shameful that someone like this is employed at your store. Knowing that your machines have issues, she refused to help, offered no apology, and left paying customers stranded. The food was mediocre at best, but the service? The absolute worst. We will never set foot in your store again!
