Obviously the staff aren't trained in people skills. It's time staff realized it is the customers paying there wages. The chicken didn't have much taste to it. the little meat i could get of the bones And i hope someone will teach the staff, when the phone rings you pick the it up and answer it.
Otahuhu has always been a favorite place to go before but now the service is pretty bad! How come you people don't answering the phone anymore or you wait and it just cuts you off a few seconds!! So rude! My daughter has been trying so many times on different days and same problem! There is no message telling you to hold or you're in number so in line! What's happening! You don't accept calls anymore then what's the point of having a phone number or has the number changed. At least let us know the number has changed or you don't take calls anymore. Disappointed customer, now heading to Panmure and Glen Innes, better service.
Pretty decent food here! However customer service in drive thru need to improve, the girl could barely hear my order and I had to literally shout it out for her to get it right. Not the first time it had happened. She then showed some attitude after which I will absolutely not stand for!! Do the job or go home and learn some respect and maturity.
I don't know what's happening with kfc. The value of money and quality of kfc is deteriorating day by day. Was super hungry and was got was disappointing. Order meal for everyone but a tiny serving of fries and a tinyyyy burger. Taste was also average
I must say that KFC Otahuhu has always been my favorite place to go when we are around that area. Much appreciated for keeping your exceptional cooking standards at the highest level
