Ordered a Big Mac on uber eats looked like the whole burger had been dropped on the ground picked up and sent on its way. My Pattie also looked like it had been bit, the gherkin was thrown on the side of the burger not even in the burger. It looked disgusting. Rung to sort it out they offered me a new burger or a refund which is besides the point. Do better guys HONESTLY!!

Food was nice but they gave me the wrong burger and fries. Empty drive thru and dine in so absolutely no reason why my order should have been wrong.

Tried the new McSpicy Chicken burger from McDonald's Otahuhu Massey Road. It was good, nice level of spice and I would probably buy it again. I redeemed my points to get it 10000. Also the customer service via the drive thru was really good.

Currently visiting Auckland and hadn't been to Otahuhu McDonald's in many years. Really impressed by the quick service at the Drive Thru. Still a few of the local homeless hanging outside. Typical Macca's menu. Still love the soft serve cone.

Went through the drive thru and it still waited 40 mins for my order !! No apology so got a refund !! All the little ewoks working there and there still slow !! Never coming back.
