Big thanks to Sam for the great service! I ordered 25 snack box popcorn chicken and a Summer Reg bucket, and even though it was extremely busy at the front, he still served me quickly and efficiently. Sam was friendly, professional, and made sure the order was accurate and ready on time. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and perfect for a large order. Really appreciate the excellent customer service—keep up the great work, Sam!
I went in at about 5pm and waited for 10 minutes to have my order taken, with only 1 person infront of me. I get to the front and the woman at the counter proceeded to make her own staff order and then walk away while ignoring me. I then had to wait another 10 minutes untill another staff took my order. Honestly unacceptable service
Tonight we went to KFC Panmure to buy a Summer pack worth $60. The meal included 18 pieces chicken, 2 Potato's & Gravy and 2 large Chips. It was my mother birthday and we rushed to her house and pop in at KFC to get Dinner. My wife was service by 2 people who took her order. When we arrived at my house and opened up the pack. We discovered that we were given only 11 pieces. My wife tried to call the branch twice however no one picked up the phone. So we had to make a trip to the branch. When we arrived we spoke to the Duty Manager in charge and explained what happened. We were judge straight away and we felt that we were lying and he assured us they packed the correct amount of chicken. When we explained that we wouldn’t be here if the quantity of the chicken was right. He explained that he would have to get his Branch Manager to check the cameras in the morning and we would have to come. I was starting to get really frustrated and annoyed with service as I felt that he made us look like criminals and we were lying. I than requested to speak to the manager as he was not listings. He ended to get a colleagues who was a chef and again we explained the situation. She understood and explained what their process is about the camera which I understood however they could check the camera in the morning and give me a call of there findings but they could sort out the issues and gives us our chicken pieces that were missing. They finally agree after 5 minutes go back and forward. I look forward to hear the response from Head offices or the branch manager to follow up on the review.
My daughter and I stopped in after a long day at work to grab quick dinner on Thursday 2nd Oct.. after 10pm or so. The wait at first was 8mins.. which thereafter became another 15mins..nnConsidering we were both so tired I could have just skipped the long wait and settled for cheese toast.nnBut... the staff that night were just amazing..they not only apologized with sincerity, but also were just too sweet and caring towards the fact we waited so long. He added extras in my order as an apology, and as I was reversing to leave, he called out to wait... then returns with a Moro chocolate bar and wishes us a good night nnThank you again to the Team that night.. its the customer service that made the wait worth while!
I had a good experience at this kfc and I would like to shout out one of the workers named Sam for being respectful and honest and patient with me. 5 stars.
