Really disappointed. Ordered potato gravy, but there was only the ‘gravy’ without any potato.nIt might not seem like a big deal, but please consider the customer’s perspective when preparing orders - After a busy day, choosing to come to your store to get KFC and share with family, only to have this subpar potato gravy ruin the dinner, is frustrating.nnNot to mention, the customer service at this store is really lacking. Pre-ordering online almost never results in a prepared order - So why bother asking for a preferred time when ordering???nnAdditionally, while I understand KFC is usually busy, the indifferent attitude of the staff towards serving customers is noticeable.nIf you’re waiting at the counter to order or pick up, staff members will avoid eye contact and walk around, making you feel uncomfortable.nEach visit to this store brings a sense of inconvenience; you have to actively call out for assistance and hope to encounter a willing staff member.nnYou really need to UP your game team KFC Pamure…
In the morning I placed an order over the phone at KFC Panmure for a 1:00 pm pick up. I was impressed that my call was answered because usually most stores let it ring out. The Manager Sam promptly picked up & immediately took my order of 100 pieces of chicken & 10 packs of chips & 10 large gravy’s. He patiently answered my questions & was kind enough to explain the process. When I hadn’t arrived at 1pm he called me to check in. I finally arrived at 1:30 pm & he assisted me right through out my order even helping me carry my order to my car. Although I had been late my order was hot & fresh. I want to Thank the Manager Sam & his team for exceptional customer service! He absolutely went above and beyond. I always have a great experience at KFC Panmure. Well done again guys!
Dont you just love getting ripped a new one from this place. Paid for a zinger stacker and got 1 single fillet, f all sauce, no cheese, no lettuce? sorry what.....since when is this acceptable to steal peoples money. Worst place to eat late at night and this is not the first time it's happened. If you run out of chicken, just close the store!
Extremely disappointed!nnI understand that KFC can get really busy and you forget things by accident but when your the only family in the drive thru and it's quiet inside then please take a break or swap out with someone.nnWe received bad customer service and our fries were soggy and half cooked, food was cold and we are only 5 minutes away and you forgot to put our burger in our bag.nnI could of turned around and asked for a refund but I too was exhausted and felt like I wasted my hard earned money.nnPlease do better for other customers.
Completey dissapointed in my meals and the lack of effort put into making them. The prices are sky high and rising, yet the meals presentation and freshness are disgusting. Seriously if your going to hire people that work in food at least put some love and thought into how you present them like actual salad in my burger like the pictures. I will never come back to this kfc.... Which by the way was not busy at all and nothing I specifically asked for was in the bag when I got home.
