Got a colonels launch and its awfully disappointing. Chicken thigh is chopped half YES! THEY GAVE ME A CHOPPED SMALL THIGH!. Too greesy like fried twise. Where the hell is good old crispy chicken? Back in the day kfc used to be less greasy and more tastier with even batter. RIP KFC :(

Been here a few times nd 60% of the time we have problems but tonight was the icing on the cake . I send my partner up to go get KFC we got 2 zinger burger combos 2 pop corn snack boxes nd 2 juices which all up should of came to 45 he has two do different payments as they were two separate orders nd all together gets charged $21.50 , $14.50 nd $23.50 . Now the two 20 something chargers were for the meals and the $14.50 was for something else (DK what neither do they) nd well there my partner brings it up to them . Them being rushed as it was dinner time print extra receipts of the two chargers and tell him to come home nd check bank . Which we do nd find they had charged all three when going back they try arguing the fact that one of the receipts were for someone else , after then being shown my bank statements They take another 30mins to investigate before coming back stating he can't find it but hel still refund my 14.50 so yeeeah after all three hassle for average food I won't be going back anytime soon . Ashame really now I have to go to greenlane 😂😂😂

Worst kfc ever. Bring a hammer with you to break the crispy layer on chicken. This chicken looks like it was fried twice and now i officially hate kfc.

Slow. Poor communication thru drive-thru (need a better PA) so.hard to give exact order. Gave up trying to add extras.
