To be fair I haven’t managed to return for quite some months now, but this is reflective on me not the restaurant. Book ahead and pre-order your decking duck which will be delivered and expertly carved at your table at a magically and entertaining speed and efficiency. Absolutely delicious. For greedy eyes order the “pizza bread”things too. I have left feeling less than satisfied and never without making vows to return much sooner next time. Be prepared for ‘cheap n cheerful’ decor - and, as often the way with good food eateries such as this where the word has been spread for it to be busy and therefore often noisy - although everyone seems to disappear when you take first bite of the duck, Yum,

Always a great place to go for traditional Peking Duck. Pays to book as it is always busy .. only downside is it can be quite noisy ..

Racist elitist chef who was very rude to my NZ Chinese GF who wanted to speak English and was only trying to ask a question about some food. He ignored her the first few times she asked something in English literally turning hos nose up into the air, when she asked the question for the third time h put his hand in her face and said wait wait just wait. Will never go back.
