Even if the signs on and the doors unlocked, you may not be able to get a sandwich. Walked in at 1 oclock on Saturday and the girl said she was closing because "she's been there all day"....like what, it's 1 o'clock. Full case of bread and veggies....no sandwich.
After 5 years of being a loyal local customer, I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM OR SUPPORT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!! = I live literally less than 2 minuets around the corner of this store & I will now drive / go out of my way and go to the Epsom Subway about 10 min drive... Went online to order as website says location is open until 9pm... Placed order & paid for order online... watched update of order received, being built & then ready for pick up... got there and CLOSED!!! = REALLY!?!?! Observed employee inside cleaning & knocked on door BUT WAS IGNORED!!! An off-duty employee coincidently pulled up in her car while still waiting for inside employee to acknowledge me and she said they were closed & that our order was voided and we'd get a refund... =
The food is very good the people that work there are very kind and they really are helpful thank you Subway
Some sandwiches are great but others leave a lot to be desired, like microwave steak.
They make great subs to your specs
Friendly as always, you get what you expect! Often out of rotisserie chicken, it must be really good. The service was great but... I got a sub with bacon and think the bacon was bad kind of had bad taste but didn't think much of it but 2 days later and I'm still sick was fine until an hour or two after eating the sub and haven't been able to keep any other food in my system.
Did an online order, said pickup would be at 1:40pm. We got there at 1:47pm and was told they never looked at computer so was unaware of our order! Waited for them to make our order. Bread was not toasted like we asked, forgot the cheese and mayo, was 90% vegetables could barely taste the ham. I will not be returning
My fault for going at lunch time crowded one girl making sandwiches other girl running the cash register about six to eight people in front of me but it was well worth it give me more time to go over different options but if you go off hours no problem in and out
We went to this Subway after waiting at the neighboring towns Subway for 10 minutes without getting service. This Subway was excellent. They were friendly and the subs were great. Recommend you eat at this Subway.
