Came here twice the first time i had a medium big mac meal. Chips where cold and only half full,and nuggets here hard!nn3.5 nnSecond time was 5:05 am tried the new chicken and bacon muffin it was super yummy i ordered it with extra cheese. Would of been nice if the chicken was a littke fresher and hotter.nnThe second burger was a bacon and egg muffin this was the best out of all of then it was fresh hot with extra cheese.nnI thought ill try the mc donakds again look a the mc chicken was cold and thrown together. And double cheese burger again cold even thohgb i asked for them both to be made fresh !!!
Was greeted to an absolutely filthy drink machine in the drive through, dosnt look like it's been cleaned in years. Service at the food window was horrible, no hello or have a good day, communication was non existent. As for the dirty drink machine it got me thinking, if that is dirty in plain site, then how bad is the rest of the store inside where food is being prepared. CLEAN YOUR STATIONS!!!
Tables dirty, toilets not cleaned. No napkins. Order wrong, chips cold. Burger fresh out of microwave
Rockhampton North. Absolutely filthy. Worst Maccas I've ever seen.nTables, floors, windowsills, disgraceful. No napkins, straws, salt etc at customer bench area.nPlenty of staff, not busy. Hot, flat coke, chips soggy crap. Never have I left a review for a Maccas before but was so disgusted I had to review.
Food is never correct. Girl I get most times at the speaker is very very rude. Rushes you on before you even finish your order and trust me, I have my order down pat. I never dawdle with my other, yet she interrupts every second she gets during your order. Have made several complaints to McDonalds directly, but nothing gets fixed, so I thought I'd share my feelings with everyone else
