McDonald's

So disappointed with the service as well as managements response to a complaint. "Sorry for being busy" is no excuse for no service response and wrong order.

Quick service, clean setting. Self order kiosks are great.

Got 2 wrap meals, one peri peri and one ceasar. I must say it was the biggest waste of money, chips were cold wraps had dry cold chicken on them, pita bread was stale and all broken up. No paper towels. How ever the coke was okay. Pathetic effort, it was 10pm on a Sunday night, not like they were run off their feet, they were standing around chatting, maybe that's more important than quality of food for customers. Not happy at all. 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Drive through experience is usually quick. The speakers are audible and quite clear with staff speaking and orders being taken. Our orders usually correct 97% of the time. Was unhappy with past staff not smiling unpleasant mannerisms but present staff definitely a better representation for MacDonald's. Friendly, clean appearance, happy and polite.

Lovely service but food was only just warm . Not good for Macdonald as it was not busy .
