Upgraded to a bigger room which was great, but they don't supply cultery or dishes, bit a microwave and full size fridge freezer. How do you eat if you bring your own food?? We were in the family room , so can sleep 6. Can only eat individual micowave meals with reaspppns. Surely cheap crockery from a dollar store or Reject shop with worth doing. We had our own cereal but couldn't eat it
As I was busy - only stayed for one night - I unfortunately didn’t get to interact much with staff but the receptionist was welcoming and helpful when I arrived.nnThe room was clean and tidy and pretty much had everything I needed.nnThe motels’ location was very convenient as it was close to where I needed to go on the day after my overnight stay.nnTo sum up overall a positive experience
If i could give no stars i would. My wife rang ahead while I was driving. So they have our name, licence and credit card. Reception closes at 8pm. We arrived just after 7pm and Reception was closed. Rang the number on the door. After hours had no record of us. We hadn't got a email confirmation. We gave them a visa transfer number and eventually got the keys out of the security box. The envelope said SR1 and the key inside said room 2. Room 2 was a storage room. We ring again but still nobody knows who we are. All the details again. We are asked to wait while someone comes to help us. Guy comes. Maybe on-site maintenance. He stuffs around with keys. Gets us another room. Only sorry we got was from the key guy. Definitely won't be back. Also we couldn't log onto the free WiFi. The password was wrong. 10pm just noticed there is only 1 towel for 2 people. I should ring reception
Extremely disappointing and uncomfortable stay.nEvery single day I found cockroaches in my room. One day, after coming back from work, I opened the door and discovered dozens of dead and dying cockroaches all over the floor and even on my belongings — absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.nTo make things worse, the manager or owner is extremely rude and clearly not fit to manage a hospitality business. He has no respect for guests’ privacy and keeps shouting in the hallways, creating an unpleasant and stressful environment.nThe hotel urgently needs proper pest control, professional management, and basic respect for guests.nI would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place until these serious issues are resolved.
This place was the worst i had been in.nThe room was full of coach roaches running around. I killed approx 6 of them.nThey were on the walls floor ect.nMy Yound daughter had woken up screaming because a coachroach had run over her face.nI have photos.nThe bathroom looked like it hadn't been clean still had hair on the shower wall and floor.nI have tried to contact the motor inn via email and a call no response.nI will be taking this further as they have failed to have the room to an appoate and safe standard.
